Note on Transfers Timings

I am away until the 14th so it will be fine for me. I currently have no computer access to use excel and won't have any Internet access from Monday 9th until I am back, so pre transfers stuff might have a slight delay but transfers itself shouldn't be a problem. Unless fixing my computer takes longer than expected, in which case I could use my phone to get by but can't use excel on it so wouldn't be able to update my transfers file. I could keep track manually using pen and paper but would find it hard to pro email or submit at the end of transfers if my pc needs a more complicated fix than anticipated.

Would love to start as early as possible as I have summer semester finals that begin on the 28th. Starting later wouldn't be a huge deal but definitely would mean I'd be substantially less active to begin transfers

The timing doesn't matter much to me, but I do have one request: That we (like last year) get the transfer rules 1-2 days before the window opens allowing us to read through them in peace and quite without the stress of an already opened transfer window.

Im going to be away for most of the time period there particularly 23rd July to 2nd September. Will have limited access to the internet during those times so would prefer an early start but obviously if that's not possible happy to set something up with yourself or Roturn to limit the impact on the team
