Thats a strong team you got, but I always get stomach ache when I see that the best riders are that old So you have a lot to do the next season in transfer aswell. But for this season it looks good and that is what really counts atm.
Yeah if Mohs hadn't been that unlucky we mightve promoted, so therefore it only made sense to build on that performance last year. If we don't promote all the heavy weight will be sold off. However, if we promote the same will probably happen. So next year is going to be a thrill next year. I am looking forward to this season immensely now the crash thing is removed
After 3 years in the Pro Continental Tour we've finally reached one of the biggest benchmarks possible, by directly promoting to the ProTour for the 2019 season! 3 hard years of work to build an experienced squad, that could take this team to new heights have finally paid off! While being clear off promotion by only a few points, it has to be said that it was a close season overall and the slightest details were important. Therefore foremost we're proud to have zero riders with 0 points, where the whole roster have contributed to these marginal points
We face a lot of hardship with several riders declining to a point, where it might serve us best to say thanks for their hard work and let them compete a more suitable level. That said, we're extremely proud to take this project in a new direction from next season. We participated in this years Tour de France and this gave us a new perception of what it takes to compete in the ProTour and the PTHC were never our strongest category, so lots of work to be done
With a decline in our Polish roots with the resurgence of 2 other Polish teams and the resurgence of strong riders, that kept international eyes on them, it has been hard to create a Polish core in the team. It's our hope that new Polish talent is ready for a chance at our team, and that will be among our priorities once more. A resurgence was also seen in the Israeli cycling scene and we hope to continue our work with that side of our project.
Now it's time to celebrate and hopefully we can give you news about how our roster will evolve in the 2019 season. For one the Georgian NC of Giorgi Nareklishvilli will be welcomed home as a fully developed rider and will fit perfectly in our 2019 plans. Also looking forward to see how the team will take shape in terms of new leaders, that can take our team to new heights in the ProTour in 2019!
