About the protection thing. You can still select the rider you want to protect Gerdemann with, right click gerdeman and select protect.
Guido, it's totally random when the celebrate. IF you want them to celebrate you can always do it manually (i think it's Q, W, E, R for different celebrations) |

Two things:
Before the race start of Paris-Roubaix, the commentator says that the peloton is entering the cobbled sections in the race... even tough they are still miles away and haven`t even started the race.
Secondly, if you put a rider at 0% in effort, even tough if it`s just for a millisecond, the rider stops and stays at 0% effort no matter what orders you give him, untill he abandom the race... eighter that`s a bug, or the stupidest feature in Cyanides history... |

Why would you put a rider at 0% if you didnt want him to abandon?

In every classic where there's a famous section, the commentator starts the race by saying it.
Milan-San Remo starts with the commentary "The peloton pours onto the Via Roma"
RVV: "The Oude Kwaremont is looming"
etc

If your captain has a puncture, and you want some of your other riders to wait for him maybe... |

Only 1 rider can protect Gerdemann.
he was not protected by anyone, but he couldn't be selected because you couldn't find his name.. It's a bug.
It's a bug.
It has happened with me a few times, but you can easily get past it by clicking on the rider you want to protect Gerdeman and then right click on Gerdeman and press the protect icon. |

here's another one: I'm sitting on the wheel of a sprinter when that sprinter decides it's time to go get water for his teammates.
The sprinter drops back and my rider keeps going past him, but then stops. just like that. So I quickly pressed for him to grab another wheel. The "following wheel" icon appeared in his status, but he stood still.

In track mode online (not sure if it's on and off-line) sometimes the "supersprint" button doesn't work no matter how hard and rapidly you smash the spacebar.
That's annoying.

immediately upon starting a career, Wladimir Miholjevic has nothing where the "improvement potential" should be for his stats. no stars in front of any stat. or does that mean he's reached his potential?

When I started my High Road career, it was the same for Roger Hammond ^^^
Also once in online elimination, at the start of the race, my supersprint button literally drained away over a space of 10m without me going anywhere near the space button.
Also, I simulated the Aussie Champs, Michael Rogers won but in the race report it said that he didn't do very well...

I agree with Isso a while back. No breaks work. It is annoying that it never work. It makes a lot harder to play.

I've been talking one-on-one with more than a half dozen different people, and they all get the exact same impression as me:
AI sprinters (in hard mode, at least) are faster than a human-controlled sprinter that has much better stats and is in perfect form

Lol, I tought that was the point with hard mode? AI riders are weaker than you on easy, equal to you on normal, better than you on hard, and ridiciously many times better than you on extreme...
but yeah, the sprints are cainda odd in this pcm...

I think it means they have reached their max potential, as SN said Hammond doesn't have any plus i figured if that is the case than surely his teammate Noe would have reached his max potential, seeing as he is as old as dirt, and he too has no stars.
