I don't doubt that. What needs to be figured out is the effects of being at each "color bar" for each week on your training fitness number. Are the 6 levels the equivalent of setting training at 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%? Or does it work differently.
If it's the same, is there a "helper" schedule in the system that just varies between yellow and light orange all season so the guy will be at about 60-65 race fitness all season long?
Yes, the effects of the color bars have to be sorted out for sure. Still, it wouldn't surprise me if the fatigue system is the same. This has to be tested. |
