@matias: I think we should also raise the question of player trading. None of us have money to hold a reasonable auction, and if i remember the game mechanics correct, we could in theory just put a player on the transfer list for 100k econ, and have the other team buy him, and sell their player for 100k on the transfer list to the first team. Is that possible (i remember it as so) and do we allow it?

You got in your team menu to the right, under the bar The Players, Training. It cost 130 000 econ to train a player and it takes like a week. Then you just have to cross your fingers and hope that the players form raises high. It's a small chance that the player gets injured.
EDIT: And you lose form when injured and lose/gain randomly after a game.
