Rolland wouldnt stand much chance against the likes of Kruijswijk and Landa anyway, so not the worst choice for an easy stage.

If I were Movistar I'd try to ride Amador in virtual pink on the first climb up Stelvio to draw a reaction from Dumoulin and/or isolate him...
