You coming from the United States of "Ouch, the coffee i spilled on my leg was warm. I was not informed it was warm and im now gonna sue someone", im impressed to hear that line, even if this is completely unrelated to a sports injury.
That said, i do think Bouaouzan should get punished simply because football is not a contact sport. And a tackle like that (and the resulting injury) was beyond the limits of any rules the game had and any penalties could properly punish him. But had it been a sport where you was most likely going to get a bruise no matter what, i would have called it nonsense to punish him.

Yes we have players also died in soccer field...you can see every time when nfl player looses just in case he's helmet..there is always streight away some blood loose for impact.
Nfl is fine game..but lets see if some player is just up to not to play but just only goal injury Brady for good..how fans and Brady will react..there is atack against he's living money..against he's health. This is much different...
and sry. for that ..after NHL has moved to America..this isnt same game anymore. there just can be Gretzky's anymore..the game is mostly..who tackles harder..people just seems to love it.
p.s. I even dont wached that Youtube thing..this isnt entertaiment for me.

Just today they showed a story on the news about some guy who tried to escape from jail through the ventilation tubes. talk about original.
His punishment? They took the playstation away from his cell.
WHY THE HELL DO PRISIONERS HAVE PLAYSTATIONS OVER HERE???

Maybe if theye can entertain themselve they wont have to entertain themselfs with beating up other inamtes or assualting jail officers? thought about that?
Maybe its because your in prison, doesnt mean you have to be treated like a pig. |

now a guy in croatia's been suspended for six months for the same thing. And apparently he "only" got six months because the guy who's injured says he's sure it wasn't on purpouse, otherwise it'd have been 2 years.
the world is mad, definitely.

in America the only thing you get in prison is raped up the butt. Why do you get PS3's when our convicts only get stuffed were the sun don't shine! I don't even have a PS3!
What is the role of a prison? Is it punishment? is it to "reform" prisoners? Are prisoners supposed to enjoy their stay? is it supposed to be nice? Isn't that an oxymoron? A 'nice' prison? Putting a PS3 in a jail cell defeats the purpose.

People in our country actually break the law to go to jail because it's nicer than their life outside.
Our government is very much for reforming. Will that change when the Conservative party when the next lesson? Probably not

Come on guys......you sound like conservative old geezers.
Punishing just for the sake of punishment is kind of ancient history in a modern society, isn't it? |

But what is the point of a jail if it offers no punishment, if it just rewards them?
An article in the paper I read today said criminals actually had easy chances to escape, but thi8s just don't. People put ladders up overnight, come in, give them cheaper drugs than on the outside, and prostitutes, then go home at the end of the night via the route they came.
