The most frequently used phrases on Cycling.tv has to be "this is the state of play" (Anthony) and "certainly is" (Brian). They say it all the time.

the most used sentence by portuguese eurosport is Paulo Martins agreeing with what was said, but always starting the sentence with "No".
As in
"Gesink could be a wild card today, don't you think Paulo?"
"No, I certainly do"
