Depends on the definition of 'clean'. All riders are being filled with all sorts of (legal) pills. The ones who are really good are being filled with all sorts of syringes |

Depends on your definition of drugs. I took a pill for a toothache this morning. By CT's definition, I'm doped

Whilst there is no proof that a God exists, there is no proof that God doesn't exist.
And that's coming from an atheist.
Although your simile still gets the point across

Yeah, but correct me if I am wrong, even if he doped, if the lab makes mistakes they can't suspend him, is that correct?
Yes that is true. Any break from ISL that causes a change in results is illegal on the lab's part and (if there was an consistency in the anti-doping world) he would have been acquited on those grounds alone. Landis proved that both the CIR and T/E tests were botched but the split abitration panel upheld the tests anyway. Interestingly enough all 3 arbitrators were picked from a list compiled by the prosecuting party, USADA.

You can't prove an opinion.

Bullshit. one was picked by Landis' team.
For once I'd like to see you not distorting the truth when americans are involved.

I didn't say that. I didn't say that riders are doped just because they take pills. But I did say that they all riders take some sort of drug, including legal pills. I didn't say they were doped. |

But who has to prove the claim?
Anyway, that's another discussion. |

Well, it's not very hard to "confirm" a religion when it's the only one in the world that states people of all other religions should be accepted as they are

Proved and confirmed by the arbitration panel.
And Landis's team picked the arbitrator off a list compiled by USADA. That is simple fact don't be a dick just because you don't know.
EDIT: WTF are you ranting on about Guido.
And as per my choice why would you put it as a choice if you didn't want it selected.
