Well, this shirt is good, but you have still the pixelating problem.
Logos' size is, yes, fine. Not splendid, but fine. For example, in the Tacx logos in the back part of the shorts. I use to put them in 120 px more or less, and those are way bigger.
The Shimano in the sides of the shirts are not very good looking anyway. I would delete their logo and only keep the text "Shimano". Also, you should start bending logos as the more experienced shirtmakers do.
In the sleeves, the Tacx logos are not good looking. I would delete them, as it is enough with the Cell ones. I would even change one of the Cell's with an ANZ...
Logos in the top of the shirt... Same problem with Shimano, I would delete their logo and keep the text. And, I would put the UCI logo in your left, instead of in your right.
Also (and here's a tip for your next shirts), I would ALWAYS include a clothing brand (Castelli, Alé, Adidas...) and a bike supplier to the shirts (Specialized, Cervélo, Orbea...), to make them more realistic.
If you fix all what I have said, the shirt would improve a lot (you have to learn how to avoid pixelation still, but that comes with a lot of practice ).
