Well, check this resembling jersey for example:
Aside from the logo bending, you can see the logos are much smaller and placed a bit different, which makes it look much better imo.
However, it's your choice how you want to make your jerseys. I can't do anything more than giving you some tips to improve the jerseys.

Now, logo bending is going to happen!! Gimp has pretty good tools for it, I'm just putting it off because it's going to take me some time to really learn how to do it properly.

Also Haasje, I think you are right on the Camel, it was a bit too big (the logo not the little blue animal thing  )

Your designs are very good and worked, but your shirts don't look cycling ones, sorry. You should put a clothing supplier and a bike supplier in the chest, and then what you do, but those two things are important imo. They are never left in my shirts... although your designs are much more colourful

Yeah you're right Marsu. Generally I try to, but for the themed jerseys (the F1 ones, unilever, and the EMC one, which is loosely based on London Wasps) I didn't because the sponsors are drawn from those teams/companies respectively.
Anyway, Newton make running shoes that's clothing right! Can you ride a Dyson?
I'd be interested to hear your thoughts as well on how you try and avoid your jerseys looking cookie cutter, especially with regards to sponsor placement and choice. |
