Bouhanni! Congrats to Euskatel, and great to see my old rider winning already. First of many I hope!
Also great to see the breakaway being caught at PCT-level

Well, that wasn't expected!!!
One race day and one stage win is how we like it.
That was so dominant from Bouhanni, sprinting train
Anton Martin 5th, Reza 10th and Bonnet also top 20, what a start.

Well Anton Martin won this stage last year, so a perfect rider to have as lead out for Bouhanni this time!

What a leadout. Bouhanni couldn't have lost that one, even if he tried.

I was thinking the same thing. Anton Martin was pulling so hard, for a second there I thought he was going to try and steal the stage win from Bouhanni. Congrats LLS, looks like my Tachira luck found its way to you.

Not a bad sprint by Friedman, had expected worse. Nice to see our riders willing to join the break
Congrats Euskaltel and thanks Alakagom for the report

........ ..............
Was it really necessary to put that scare into me? With the picture of my Quintana too! Still pretty okay with the race I guess, Quevedo shows that we are likely to be a player in the breakaways which will be key for our team. Little disappointed that Brea couldn't find the top 10, but not expecting too much from him.
Strong ride from the sprinters teams, maybe a bit worried that breakaways will not find much success here at all.

Amazing stuff from Euskaltel-Air France, I thought they were all about the mountains
Congratulations!
Thanks for the report, Alakagom. Looking forward to see the sprinters have another go at each other on the coming stages. |

Well, we got in a quick break so that's good.
Juarez now in last position. Meaning he can go stage hunting now |

Well 13th is probably about what he should get in this field seeing he's quite behind the best and obviously some leadouts will always be ahead plus his acceleration, I mean obviously he didn't get lucky where he could get in Top 10 and better but 13th is not far what he should get on average, I guess. Obviously one hopes for better result though.
