Yup. It looks like a 4 way battle between Wiggins, Ignatiev, Pluchkin and Cornu (Although Cornu and Ignatiev may miss the worlds due to the Criterium International)

For the Kilo, i think i can use one of three ideas:
A) Top 16 qualifies. All 16 runs two heats with AI controlling them. The 8 best averages goes to the final where I control them by putting them on 99 from the start and taking the time after the 1st km.
B) Top 18 qualifies. Two groups of 9 riders each are doing one heat with player-control and the 9 best times qualify to round two where another player-controlled heat are run and the four best makes it into the final. The final contains two heats where the best average wins.
C) Top 9 qualifies. Three heats are run with player-control. Total time determines winner. Truly a battle of silly marginals.

Well Hayles was 11th in the Kilo but he may still qualify depending on whether any of the protour riders in the top 9 do the criterium international.

Right, Option C it is.
The nine riders qualified (given that no-one fails to show up) are:
Kovalev
Ignatiev
Cornu
Pliuchkin
Wiggins
Dempster
Stannard
Clancy
Gudsell
In case we need a reserve, number 10 in the qualification will be taken, and if he fails, number 11 and so on.

Well Pluchkin will be there for sure, I won't bother lettin him race cobbled races anymore, except for the U23 Paris-Roubaix maybe, eventhough I think Drucker will be a lot more capable of winning it than him.
