If the team managers are ok I'd like my 3 riders to join as well.

All custom riders in the Androni Team are allowed to participate to represent the team in Italy.

Halló.
As promised earlier I have not taken a closer look at the calendar to find the best races for me and this is my dream schedule:
Race | Days | | | Tour of Oman | 6 | Tour de Langkawi | 10 | Giro del Trentino | 5 | Presidential Tour of Turkey | 8 | Österreich Rundfahrt | 8 | Tour de Pologne | 7 | Tour of Qinghai Lake | 13 | Vuelta a Burgos | 5 | | | Total | 62 |
I haven't really considered if any of them crash though - I'll leave it to the management to put togther a schedule that fits the entire team and is possible in reality. These are just the dream of a young man eager to get the season going and showing my jersey.
I've also been invited to take part in two different non-UCI series which should be fun. I won't arrange my training around those series, but I hop to do well when I'm in shape and the other times it should be good training nonetheless.

Hello Johann
We're not planning on participating in Tour of Qinghai Lake this year as we're already going to race Tour of Hainan and Tour de Langkawi due to our estimates. Also we're looking into the possibility of participating in the Giro d'Italia and would like you to be our main man.
So if we do get to the Giro, then I will remove your wish for Tour de Langkawi, as we're looking to excel in the sprints there or giving Albert a chance to lead. The rest are races we value high and you are certain to lead in these races.

Just Gonna move a reserve here, to make space :
Krzystof Korsak - General Manager
Krzystof Korsak has been a part of the team since the start. During the last few years he's saved enough money to buy the team on his own and inform a new structure. His role is the General Manager and is the man in charge, meaning he's aware of every staff and personel's job and so forth. He will be in charge of deciding which races the team participate in and will also control the financials.
Davide Rebellin - Sports Director
Davide Rebellin takes Korsak's vacant Sports Director seat and will be stepping down from professional cycling after this season. He is in charge of turning CCC Polsat into a new generation and as the old leader of the former, he will have a vital role in that perspective. In his active career he's won races like Paris-Nice and big classics like Liege-Bastogne-Liege and Clasica San Sebastian.
Gabrielle Missiglia - Sports Director
Gabrielle Missiglia is a former and notable Lampre rider and he's been a here at CCC Polsat for a few years. As many managers is already aware of, Gabrielle is in charge of the Transfers going out and in for the team. His negotiation tacticts are superior, as he have many years of experience in his back. His main role will be to find weaknesses, strenghts and possible opportunities for the team and in short he will try to predict the future before anyone else
Piotr Wadecki - Sports Director
Piotr Wadecki has been here as long as Krzystof Korsak and it's his dream to see CCC Polsat in the WT. He is the "go to talk with" guy and will be monitoring the riders progress closely and this is due to his good eye for what's missing. Piotr will also host small challenges for the team, to keep their competitiveness as high as possible and he will provide everything our riders neeed. Finally he is Department Leader of our HQ in Savona and it's also his job to oversee everything goes smoothly there.
Marek Wesoły - Sports Director
Marek Wesoly rode for the team back in the 06/07 Seasons and has returned to his former team, for his first season as an official Sports Director. His main roles are still to be found, but he will be assistant to Piotr back at the HQ. He will oversee the tactical aspects of the longer races, which is where he will be best with his current level.

I'm sorry to inform you about this but both Voltali and Aquali Feunard would prefer not to parcitipate, In race to found out the best EPIC rider they feel like they would just be field filling and prefer to spend the break in a different matter.
Pyroli Feunard however is optimistic about it and thinks that due to the significant lower start numbers an good position should be a possibilty

Bonjour Pyroli
Good to have at least one of the Feunard brothers participating and we are though certain the best Feunard stayed is participating. We do have respect for your brothers, but we are sure we have the upcoming Feunard Games winner with us and we hope you'll find a schedule to your pleasing.

Transfer Note
Jasha Sütterlin was signed in the 2nd Draft and since this doesn't mean that he's a definitive member of our squad, we look to give some heads up that he's currently available for a good price.
Please contact me, if you want more information, Good day!

Halló Krzystof
As far as I know the Tour of Hainan is cancelled this season?
Obviously I'd love to lead the team at the Giro, though I doubt I'm strong enough to do much perhaps outside the odd breakaway. Obviously that still depends on us actually getting a wildcard...
I was kind of hoping for at least one of the Asian stage races as their GC's are decided almost purely in mountains, which is a clear benefit for me. In the end it's all up to you of course.

@Custom Riders
Hello
I'm currently working on the Race Planning for next season and Johann Nokkvason has already received his Race Planner and though it's been tempting, we've decided not to participate in the Giro d'talia and this is due to not being worth and we're not quite there yet.
So far it seems it will be 126 race days total and due to having some decent cobblers, we've agreed to their proposal in getting some spots in the Spring Classics for feeling better at home and getting some hard races to improve their endurance and recovery skills better.

Status Update and Transfers
Hello
Todays Status is provided to you by two from the Staff of CCC Polsat, It's me Krzystof Korsak and I've been joined by Marek Wesoly and his first introduction, while he is taking the usual job from Gabrielle and will give your an Transfer Status.
Before that however I got some good news, we might improve this by the time we take a proper look at it, but we've just completed the Race Planning for the 2014 season and all riders have been given a list with instructions, roles and also expectations. We are for good reason not gonna post this list publically, but here is some fun stats :
4 Riders have 62 Race days
However 7 Riders have 61 Race days
In total 12 riders have over 60 Race days
23 Riders * 62 Possible Race Days = 1426 Race Days Possible
Meaning that we've used 1283 / 1428 Possible Race Days
And Your going to see the CCC Polsat jersey featured in 161 stages
Introduction and Transfer
Hello
My name is Marek Wesoly and I'm the new Sports Director and my focus is to analyze our performances and also I'm going to focus on the longer Stage Races. You can find more info about me a little further up and I'm not that really a public person, so you will have to bear with me for well... A long time!
Transfers
CCC Polsat haven't been making deals with an PCT team yet and I'm going to say that it won't be this time. We've been contacted by Team Sky and they're were interested in our Draft Pick Jasha Sütterlin. Even though we were informed that a better deal could've been possible, we can take comfort in the 8,5K and the Italian Sky-Man Salvatore Puccio has joined by the cost of Adrian Honkisz and Jasha Sütterlin.
Adrian is the first of the current generation of CCC Polsat riders to leave for the WT and when Team Sky comes knocking at the front door, you are not allowed to decline their offers, we hope that he will be of some use, but then he can always return back home again.
We currently have the highest bid on Polish Veteran Tomasz Smolen and he is joining us for his last season in Professional cycling, but who knows if he's going to join or not! I will also soon set a twitter account up for the team and you can follow the latest news, but also see exclusive tweets from various members of our Roster. Until next time!
Marek Wesoly

I just liked to introduce my start of the 2014 season, I will be participating in both:
Tour de Gabon
Tour Down Under
I'm very happy to be starting my season off early racing on both the African and Australasian continent. Tour de Gabon is a hilly race so I'm hoping I can stay in the mix, while TDU will be relying on a wildcard. I will be riding in a helpers role, I don't know the final selections yet so I'm not quite sure what will be required as of yet. Some early good news is that the team will be applying to the 2014 Tour of Britain, so hopefully I'm a shoe in for racing in my own nation.
I'd just like to say thank you to CCC management for all the help they have given me so far and for the great organisation in the set up.
Natt Miles

Several strong riders have joined the team and even though we only signed 3 Polish riders, it's clear that is the only missing peace. The main focus for this Transfer Season has been to give some support to our new captains and even though we've signed a lot of different nationalities, we now just need to get some Polish riders next Transfer Season.
Matteo Trentin
Let's welcome our new Lead Sprinter and as his going to be Abundi's replacement, he got some ok big shoes to fill, but will in our own opinion be a better rider than Abundi. Matteo will represent our venture into Italian Cycling and his going to be riding close with our two other Italian signings in Salvatore and Drago.
Matteo has been given the role as Lead Sprinter and he got the full support of the team. We look forward seeing this guy in action, but how things will work out is still unknown.
Ramon Sinkeldam
Ramon is our replacement for Sylwester Janiszewski and being both better and also being an excellent cobbler Ramon will have several uses. It's gonna be the famous support your leader (Trentin) in most races, but he will get chances on his own and Matysiak has promised to support him and Matteo in the best way he can. Sinkeldam is also a good teammate and his leadout skills are not to be underestimated.
Sylwester Szmyd
We got him at an bargain and now Sylwester Szmyd is back in an Polish team, which he will spend his remaining years as a prominent name to remember and stick to. He's been the mountain support for several superstars throughout the times and now it's Johann's time to fit that description, so Sylwester will add a lot of experience into that project.
Michal Golas
Michal had a short trip to the big stage and when he heard about our project, he made us aware that he was eager to join and now he's back. He will be support for André in the hills and for Ramon in the cobbles. His skills are very spread and is considered one of Polands best Roleurs, which will prove vital for Andre and Ramon.
But then again you'll never know what he's capable of and in return his motives are hidden well, which should give him some space to ride for his own. Michal has shown great interest in helping Davide finish his last season on a high note, which we only can say is deserved.
Thomas Damuseau
Thomas is Johann's new strong support in the mountains and is going to be a prominent name for securing some wildcards in France, with the help of Pyroli and the former Europcar guys. Thomas is going to be a strong asset in general and should be an excellent support for Johann.
Salvatore Puccio
Salvatore is our new wonder man and his abilities as both leadout and support our captains is going to be needed. Salvatore is still at an developing age and with his overall abilities his going to be a strong asset to Ramon in the cobbles too.
We would like to warn you that two italian talents are going to form an serious contendership for our sprinters, where Salvatore will be the more experienced part of that team, despite his age.
Tomasz Smolen
Tomasz has returned to our team and he was one of the first to leave the team from our then new Youth squad and Tomasz didn't really perform that well, but now he's back in the roots and even though he's declared that professional cycling is soon a finished chapter, he would like to spend some time at the team to enjoy being back home again.
Transfers In / Out list will come at a later point, once the team table has been properly announced.

"Got him on a bargain" makes it sound like Knockout was forced to sell him or something. "We've been given a present" would've been more fitting.

@Nacho : We will definitely get some sort of success in this season and hopefully we can fulfill our sponsor goals when they're set
@Paul : Thanks , good luck with Quickstep too
@Dippo : Present it is then and Movistar are definitely not on any negative list of ours ever
Public Face and Develpment Team
Hello It's Marek again!
I would just like to advertise a new feature for our fans and also a whole new story to share with each other! We've just finalized our new official Twitter Account
Come check it out and remember to follow, so we can keep you updated on our latest adventures and otherwise interesting news.
New Development Team
Also in other news we've come to an agreement with the polish team Bank BGZ to make a common Development team, where all our young talents can have their own adventures and their own facility to improve.
It's going to be Piotr's job to go forth and back to their HQ, which will be in our old HQ in Gdansk and follow up on their progress and such things. More info is still needed and UCI just needs to make the final arrangements for the team to get a CT licence next season.

Hmm, way too international for my liking
But can't say you didn't improve the team over last season.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.
