Imagine if Ford won this. Just, imagine.
Anyway, surprised by Donald. Good stuff by him. Pedraza lost 20 seconds, so not much. Which means he'll need to attack on the mountain stage. |

Well, a TT is like a rest day for my team. Maybe next year I'll sign some better TTers to avoid the mundanous of TTs.

Very good TT by Kaisen. The best he has delievered so far this season. With Duarte and Ascani also performing nicely, we're off to a great start. Hopefully Duarte can get through the hill stage without a time loss. If so, nothing should be in the way of a GC top 3!

Oz win again? What a surprise! TTT is probably in the bag for them too.
Tennant isn't great, but he does seem to be quite poor in all prologues this season.

Nice to see Chavanne showing us a sign of the things to come, when all's done he'll end up on 82 Prologue and could actually be a threat to the Aussies, just a shame he's still got a long way to go to get there though.
Still seeing him briefly take provisional third was nice and he held on for a top 10 on the stage, just 3 seconds down on the youth Jersey so it's not all bad.
Unfortunately Zoidl's further off the race lead than anticipated, not that we had much hopes for him for the overall anyway but I thought he'd put in a stronger showing on the prologue then he did.

Not too sure about the TTT though. Olman, Michael and William Ford need to pull the train there very well.

At 11.8kms anybody can win it. It will come down to who gets lucky and has their TT guys at the front of the train to start.

So with some bad luck, your best TTlers won't have a turn? Lottery then indeed

That wasn't bad at all! Kobe actually keeping up with the fast men (sort of) makes me happy

Dayum, everything went perfect for Meyer, perfect wheel probably perfect daily form and Cicero going way to early, but still that was impressive win considering the stats. Nice win for Fletcher. Hopefully Meji can have better luck tomorrow with Zaini.

Nice win for Meyer, who has been on our list of targets in the past three off-seasons. Shame that he's riding for just another Kiwi-team, which is likely going to fold just like Cadbury did Shame on you, Kiwis!
As said before, don't really mind losing yellow. Still nice to see Ford in the mix, i sometimes forget about his not too shabby sprint stats No for the way more important stage up Bluff Hill. Given the short climb there, i guess much will depend positioning only. Which can be bitchy. Hoping for Jiao or Bennett to take care of their position prior to the climb, where we may see some gaps.

Obviously the recent success isn't just an Oz thing but extends to all Aussies. Poor decision to sprint so early for Lo Cicero considering the leadout was perfect but I guess I can take a 2nd place, although Im getting tired of those.

Really?
I can live with Vanoverschelde abadoning, would be better if he didn't tho... 1 man down on the TTT will probably hurt our GC chances.
Konovalovas not even bothering about today is waht makes me somewhat angry, 76th is just bad, he should at least reach a top 15 on a stage like this.

Meh stage... Don't even know Simon's stats
Well, looking at where Bennett finished, it's good for Oz that there were less gaps behind those three ahead. Now hoping for a good TTT, guess anything can happen there.

Great to see my loaned out rider Boonratanathanakorn to be in the break and take the mountain jersey here. Really looking forward to have him maxed out in my team again. |
