In my 6th season now I think quick run down of how I've done without screenshots
1st season
Tranmere 1st League 2
2nd season
Tranmere left November in 5th
West Ham took over in 10th finished 1st and made the FA Cup final beat by wolves :/
3rd season
West Ham 10th made the FA Cup final beat by Chelsea
4th season
West Ham left December in 3rd
Chelsea joined in 6th finished 2nd in league and won Champions League
5th season
Chelsea 28 games in 19 points clear in the league out of the champions league though
Finding this years game suits my style the best since FM09 I've been able to get a few tactics working finding the 4-1-2-2-1 very overpowering in PL while the 5-3-2 is a great lower league tactic if anyone struggling always playing Fluid is another way to improve
Best signings so far are
Markus Hallberg for West Ham and Ruben Vezo for west ham both great premier league player will post some pics when I'm at my computer
Quite lucky to win the Eredivisie to be honest, last few games were just horrible, but the same goes for PSV and Ajax was quite a few points behind.
KNVB Beker was relatively easy, only had to face Ajax in the quarter finals, other opponents worth noting were Voldendam (semi) and Willem II (final). This is also how Willen II got into the EL.
The EL this year was difficult. Had a group of Villareal, Sporting CP and Maccabi Tel-Aviv. Tel-Aviv was easy to beat, but the other teams were simply better.
Also worth noting, Ruben Barbosa developed into a really useful player for the level I'm playing at right now.
Still has room to develop further as well, massive talent who plays in the Heerenveen youth in real life
Key players at the moment are Nabil Bahoui (Brommapojkarna), Gustav Engvall (Göteborg), Kristoffer Nordfeldt (Heerenveen), Daley Sinkgraven (Heerenveen), Anouar Kali (Utrecht) and Joost van Aken (Heerenveen).
Regen wise I'm a bit disappointed, no real stars coming through...

So I got FM15 a while back, played with it some, only really trying to work with smaller teams. Started two careers with Bury (Sky Bet League 2) as that was a team I had used in Fifa15 for fun. Didn't know what I was doing really, ended up getting fired both times (October the first time and December the 2nd time through IRC).
So I kinda gave up on the game for a bit, but then came back to it. Started out with AFC Wimbledon this time (still Sky Bet League 2) and have had an entirely different experience. Winning the league in the first season with 98 points (29-11-6) while the 2nd place team (Burton) was at 83 points. I actually had a slow finish of 2-1-2 in the last 5 as I had already clinched the title and was using prospects for my games more than my regulars. Craig Tanner (on loan from Reading) was my star player, as a Shadow Striker, though he set league records with 13 assists, and a 7.41 average rating.
On to our 2nd season and instead of worrying about relegation we find ourselves again looking not only for promotion but the Sky Bet League 1 title. (I'm actually a little concerned if being too successful too quickly can be bad?)
Here is where I'm at currently, sitting atop the table.
Our squad looks very similar to the team that won the league 2 title, with all but the Keeper, Striker and one Center Back staying put. Getting (CAM) Tanner and (LW) Fosu back on loan this year, and (CB) Sweeney on free transfer after being on loan last season helped. The players now in their second year on the team, (CM) Clifford, (RB) Peters, (LB) Hoganson are all playing well. Veterans from the default roster (RW) Francomb and (CDM) Reeves are also both playing great. New additions this year (CB) Naylor, (GK) Cornell both established themselves quickly, while (ST) Mandron had a bit of a round robin for his spot, but finally won out.
I've, through two seasons, taken Ischia Isolverde of Italy' Serie C/C to Serie B, despite being in admistration the second season. and essentially being restricted to free transfers and loans- and taking only eight points in our final six games of the title race, including a 6-3 loss in our final game, yet still winning the title by a point.
What's more, we've just beaten Clarence Seedorf's Bari 5-2 in our first game in the second division. We're going up!

Yup. It's their transfer policy- it's happened to me. That's the trick- use your brilliant academy.

Okay so second season is now in the books, again lifting the trophy at AFC Wimbledon, again doing it comfortably 11 points clear of 2nd place.
Finances seem to be the hard part, and without a fantastic run in the FA Cup, I'm pretty sure the team would be in crazy debt. We got 2 matches on TV which provide tons of money for the team, perhaps we will see more of this at the next level.
Also our roster is probably too big, brought in several players over the course of the last season to try and improve the team, though only a few really worked out (Mandron, Cornell). While several just ended up being backups, though they did see extensive use in the 2nd half of the season when I lost several starters.
So will be looking to renew less players this season, and probably will also need to bring in more talent as well moving up the division. Obvious holes can again be left if Tanner and Fosu cannot be loaned in again. But I'm pretty happy with the rest of my team, perhaps a new Left Back though 21 year-old Michael Hoganson has been solid and has room to grow.
Here is a pic of the squad, with my favorite lineup picked.
