Great race for Evonik. Edmondson with a very nice podium and Lasse Norman Hansen makes it a great day by finishing in the top ten, too.

But one question: Y u no sprint, Geschke?

EDIT: Also why do we relay if we have a man in the break and Geschke not interested in sprint participation?

Big win by Farrar for us, looked like the first time in a long time our leadout train wasn't used and Farrar had to work for himself. That seems to have paid off as he found the right wheels and brought it home at home for us.

Fantastic sprinting by Manarelli once again. He looks to be one of the most consistent sprinters on the continental level atm. Bodes well for the Rutas de America.

Some more America Tour points coming our way as well. Smile

Mmm. As a spectator this would have been nail-biting, not unlike as predicted the bunch had a real hard time bringing the break back. However in the team car another race where nothing but frustration produced. Bringing 2 x 77 and 2 x76 sprinters to the start line you would hope to make some sort of go at getting up there in the sprint. Instead honour was upheld by Campos appearance in the BoTD and veratile Golas mopping up minor points. As out best sprinter has 'amassed' a whopping 15 points, it is not a giant leap to understand (even only halfway though the season) that Nutresa will be rotating this part of the squad quite heavily in the off-season. Scouts are out and about at every race. Current sprinters on the roster are battling it out to see if any are even worth consideration as lead-out riders in 2015 or whether they are all given their marching orders ......
