Nice HQ, indeed, I'd just change around the staff part a bit as those pictures are kind of too big and I don't like scrolling too much

Thanks, Think that I will remove the staff part
@All - Once I get some EPIC riders on board, I will make a Season Plan for the next season and I will make a Team Presentation of the individuals, when that happens too

Oh, of course you can keep them. It's looking great with those tables, so why not. If you want to have something else written on those, just PM me, as I still have original file and can change the text easily.

With Tour de France over with and the Vuelta soon coming up, the transfer talk will finally start taking form and so far the Transfers have been going around the young promising talents. Even though the season ending with the World Championships are far away, the teams are still sending their plan out of the next season.
So is the case on Vacansoleil, and since I became the manager of Vacansoleil I've given everyone a chance to prove themselves. So none that I will say right now will be certain and will most likely chance throughout the last part of the season. First topic to be announced is that Thomas De Gendt may be leaving the team, as we've been quite disappointed by his performance at the Tour and in the season at general.
It is not in his highest wishes to ride for a PCT team and for that reason he is a uncertain topic to talk about, the catch however is that by keeping him, we have a almost certain way back to the WT. And since our goal next year still will be to ride the GT's, we still see him as an important asset to secure the wildcards that is handed out.
Transfer Talk
As we've seen our main goal is to get wildcards for Grand Tours, next notice of our current roster is that we've got too many sprinters for an average WT team, and especally for a coming PCT team. So we are in need for some overall strong riders to replace some of our sprinters and we want a more cultural equal team, our east european riders will be leaving the team too.
That list includes the like of Tomasz Marczynski , Nikita Novikov, Sergey Lagutin and Grega Bole. These guys have been solid members of our roster this year and we'll be sad to see them leaving.
More news to come

Hello again
And Welcome to the 2nd part of our Transfer Talk. There has been a little development since last time and even though we promised that everyone would have a chance to prove themselves, we started individual talks with each rider and that has come to the conclusion of this discussion.
Some wished to stay and some wished to ride the WT again, which is something we will be unable to do. Our first experience with these talks were that we have created something here in Vacansoleil, something that the riders hold dear and some well obligated to get back into the WT as they feel responsible for this.
Riding the WT means a lot to each professional rider on the planet, and since we're taking a quick turn into the PCT, we want to keep as many as possible, so we won't end with a roster that can't work together.
The Future
Last time we talked about the strong posibilty that Thomas De Gendt will leave the team, and some days ago he made it clear that he wanted to race in the WT and that staying here would make his future uncertain and that we wouldn't be able to pay him his high salary. One man won't be enough to get back to the WT and we still have a strong relationship with our roster.
Since my employment I have had a critic eye on every weakness that I've noticed and it has given me a good insight on the future. When I meet at work, I hear laughter and a good atmosphere on the team and people are really enjoying themselves despite some cultural differences.
I thing that I've been worried about is that I don't see that atmosphere in the races, of course they are focused on the objectives, but I never sense the feelings that are back in the Training facility. And after having some long talks with each rider, I've seen rider that aren't that happy as they seem and therefore some of our leaving riders don't see a future with us.
So here is a list of the riders, that have wished to be transfer listed :
Thomas De Gendt
Grega Bole
José Rujano
Romain Feillu
Sergey Lagutin
Tomasz Marczynski
Nikita Novikov
Björn Leukemans
Frederik Veuchelen
The rest of our team has wished to stay until they receive a offer they can consider on the line of our teams potential, but we will of course accept any offer for our other riders, but these riders has set themselves the priority of finding a new team.
We at Vacansoleil wish to share the same ambitions as our riders and fans, and we hope that we will come through this as a better team and hopefully we have a good season, that will lead us back to the WT with all our desires.

Novikov should also be suspended. But you definitely have a few riders Belkin might be interested in

Definitely more than a few riders Androni are interested in so expect a nice large offer once transfer season approaches.

Forget about him he'll be mine. Don't you think Katusha would give hime far better opportunities?
On the other hand he'd be a nice support for Rajesh.. |

I think OGE could be in contact sooner rather than later. Will be a nice chance for you guys to pick up some decent riders too.

Transfer Talks for Dummies. Lesson #1:
Always try highering your position at first
