Yes, I believe I'll add a compensation for suspended riders.
Nationality can go both ways I guess, Officialy BMC is American, but also Suisse. NetApp is German, but I'll keep the co-sponsor in mind as well.

Sorry I didn't see the other questions. Are teams allowed to merge with Continental teams, like Madison Genesis or Rapha.

Joe - that's pretty much the same, so no. You can use the 2014 team names and sponsors though, for the teams that changed.
Atlantius - Cofidis will hopefully get a new manager. I may do something with Vacansoleil though, since that team doesn't exist in 2014.
I guess I could call them Drapac

I don't see a reason to suspend the riders that got suspended in real life in the game. it only happens in PCM stories as plot twists
then again, my views on the riders that have been suspended seem to be reversed on the other people on the forum most of the time.

Did you think of a system about resigning riders not being superstars? Because you were only talking about those and maybe one would not like to keep all of his riders. Furthermore, I think, there should be a bit of difficulty in resigning all riders. Wouldn't it be dull if you automatically kept all the riders?
Oh, and could I just get Asian as nationality, please?  I mean its still easier to sign Belgian, Spanish or British riders than Asian at all..

Also, I wouldn't overestimate the bonus you get. It's a nice extra, but it won't make or break your team.

Some interesting ideas there. I like the balancing idea with the draft although i think the best star (if the team cannot hold them) should not end up at Novo Nordisk but at the weakest WT team but i guess it is wanted that way..

The one that isn't happy would leave. Let's say both want leadership at the Tour, you'll have to disappoint one (but I won't be that mean, I think ).
No trading draft picks, just trade after the draft

I don't see why not, it happens in real life (Mollema -> Trek for example)

also I predict an awful transfer season for us (Europcar), since past transfer seasons has shown people sell riders within at the first bid or within a day, while for a transfer to happen, we need to discuss with each other which takes forever using PM's :'(

Can we sign EPIC riders for only one year or can we extend to two years too?
Also, does someone have a EXCEl file or something of all EPIC riders (incl. name of the person behind) and would share it? Much apperciated. Going through those Custom Threads is so dull.
