I believe it would be 5pm. Not sure. Anyhow I think there will be a countdown the day of?
Just to chime in with scheduling (jihardy) (this happens every year), I wouldn't be able to do 4 or 5 pm EST, I would be okay with moving it later 1 or 2 hours at the most. Especially considering how long these things tend to go
