He will join so yes you can have him. That takes your team to 25 riders, who should be talented enough to win promotion. Feel free to suggest more but 25 is probably a number you shouldnt much improve on. |

He is a stage race rider... He is actualy doing quit well i the Giro right now... I think he is one of the typical russian talents who can do almost everything, but never becomes enything but a big talent... |

i think Rovny could be a real good talent, maybe he will the best on mountains, or he will be a rider like Perez Cuapio??
Obukakke - on first post SN gave us actual Tinkoff team ( for example Ignatiev is in Eurosport team ), so real Tinkoff team isn't needed now.
I think number of 25 riders is good enough |

Comunidad Valenciana - Ranked 4th - Spanish
Barbot Halcon - Ranked 7th - Portugese

Omnibike Dynamo Moscow - Ranked 38th - Russian
Oh and Ivan Terenine, a Russian ranked 45th in the Continental Standings, currently riding for the only Russian continental team Omnibike, has requested to join Tinkoff, if anything - as a domestique. |

Comunidad Valenciana do no longer exist. If you dont replace them, I will replace them with a British team. Most of the riders in the team will become the PCMdaily riders, the better riders will be moved on to other Spanish teams though, i.e. Ruben Plaza to Caisse D'Epargne |
