The team's goal was to get Eddy Boss the win as he's on superb form. We managed to lead him out and I'm happy to give him the perfect lead out as he only had to come around me to get the win, it would of been nice to get a top 5 but you've got t follow team orders, you don't want any disagreements later in the season and my time will come I'm sure. Simon
Stage 2 - Flat Road Race
Today we wanted to get one of our climbers (Adam and Nieve) in the break, in the hope they could get some bonus seconds ready for tomorrow and the mountains. We didn't manage that but we got Jan in the break again meaning we didn't have to work to chase even though we had Eddy in the lead. I tried to leave my lead out as late as possible as I knew the finish was slightly uphill, but we had a tailwind so it wasn't as hard as I was expecting, and we managed to get a 1-2-3 with me, Geraint and Eddy which I'm happy with as it's my first top 3 as a pro. Simon.
Stage 3 - Hilly Road Race
Today the race went perfectly for us, we made sure that the break didn't get to big a lead by sitting Jan on the front to the major climb. Then G took over and then Mikel attacked no one wanted to react however Monfort tried to chase and when he caught him Mikel sat up to wait for Eddy. The final few km were just brilliant we had all of our five guys (apart from Jan) on the front ready to mark any attacks, and when Eddy went no one could follow him, he's just so strong at the minute and no one can stop him. After the stage I was told that I was leading the Young riders classification which I couldn't believe, and I know that Adam will take it off me on the Mountain Stage but I'm happy to be in such a situation. Simon.
Stage 4 - Individual Time Trial.
Today was hard for me as I'm not really a Time Trialler, which I'm trying to improve but it's a steady improvement. I think Simon must of ridden the TT of his life, maybe it was to do with the jersey on his back, but he's over the moon. And I can't wait for tomorrow because I think we will continue to dominate as we have 5 brilliant climbers, and Jan who is just a machine. Adam
Stage 5 - Mountain Top Finish.
Today the aim was to keep the race together because we knew that if we could get Eddy of the climb in the front group, as we knew that if we could get him in the front group at the top of the climb, he would get the win, and we managed that and the stage win was a formality. I'm really happy as I got a top 5 today, but i think that I could of maybe won the stage if I was allowed to attack, as I was feeling super strong, but it's a team game, and I'm trying to prepare for the future. Adam
Stage 6 - Hilly Road Race.
Today was both very good and very disappointing, as Jan took a well deserved stage win and I managed to get into the top 5 on GC, but Eddy lost the jersey which was a real shame as he was on great form, but we under estimated the strength of Monfort and Kangert, meaning we didn't chase soon enough when they attacked, however I went with them to mark their attack. It means that I've secured the young riders jersey with Adam getting second. Simon.
Stage 7 - Flat Road Race.
Today we knew that we had to get Eddy up the road, or he would have no chance of winning the race overall, and we did manage to get him up the road but the other teams were to strong and they managed to bring him back, I had a go at attacking but I wasn't able to get a substantial gap, and was brought back. Simon managed to finish in the group to secure the young riders ranking and I managed to just cling on to the back of the bunch, after putting in a large effort to get away. The team's aim for this week is to get Edvald Boasson Hagen and Mikel Nieve, in the top 5 on GC, our young climbers Adam and Simon Yates will be in a great position to help in the hills and on the flat after a great performance in their first pro race at the Tour of San Luis, we will also aim to be competitive in the sprints with Edvald and Roger providing us with strong sprinting power. As ever Jan Barta will be our strong man on the flat linking up with Geraint Thomas to provide us with a strong workforce that can cope on any terrain.

We knew that today would be a tough stage as their was some big name sprinters here, and Eddy isn't a pure sprinter but we decided we would follow the same plan as in San Luis, and that worked perfectly with Eddy starting the sprint ahead of all the other sprinters which was shown as Kluge and I were able to get a top 5 against some world class competition. I think this week is going to be very successful as we are all very strong at the moment. Simon
Stage 2 - Flat Road Race.
Today we all rode really well, it's a shame that Eddy lost the lead today, but the result shows how strong he is at the minute, as he managed to close a two minute gap in 5km, so I think he's showed that he's the favourite for the race. I'm happy with my race as I managed to get away on the final climb, and then beat Simon in the sprint which I don't get to do very often, I think that I'm in good shape and the mountains stage should be a lot of fun. Adam
Stage 3 - Flat Road Race
Today went perfectly to plan with Eddy securing the win and with it taking back the leaders jersey. We knew that Edyy would be difficult to beat in the sprint as he has a lot of confidence at the minute, we made sure that after Kittel was dropped on the climb, he didn't get back, I'm happy with my result as I worked hard for the team. Simon
Stage 4 - Mountain Top Finish.
I can't believe it! I'm so happy! The guys rode great today and we were all super fresh going onto the final climb. I attacked early on and when Eddy bridged the gap, he told me to go for it as Kangert was suffering, and I just rode as hard as I could. It was a great team performance, and I'm just so happy as I think this is the start of a great future Adam
Stage 5 - Hilly Road Race.
Today was another great stage for me, I felt so good and I'm just so happy for the team as we have dominated this race. I managed to get a bit of gap and bridge to the front break, then Eddy followed Weening and they managed to get across to us, so I immediately started to ride for Eddy, but when we hit the climb for the final time, Eddy told me to go for it because he wanted to try and work over Weening, so I did and never saw Eddy until the finish. I just can't believe how well this race is going! Adam
Stage 6 - Flat Road Race.
The Tour of Oman ended with a victory as Eddy Boss won the final stage, after we managed to bridge the gap to he break in the final 10km, although I'm not quite sure how we managed as we bridged thanks to a monster turn from Adam that left the bunch behind, meaning that all Eddy had to do was catch the lone leader which he managed with only 100m to go. I think that we are all riding great at the minute, and our results are showing it. Simon

Today was a hard stage as it was pretty windy, but it all came good in the end and I'm ready to work for Adam tomorrow when we hit the climbs, I think that I'm in good shape so I think I'll do ok tomorrow although i'm not expecting to win. Simon
Stage 3 - Mountains Stage
Today I'm satisfied with my performance, although I know I could of done better. I tried to get away but the other teams were stronger than we expected and a group came across to me with Leo in it, so I started to work for him as I knew that I didn't have anything left, and I think he rode an intelligent race, so he got the win. However I did manage to get the KoM jersey and the Young rider jersey, so there are positives. I just need to ride better in two days time. Adam
Stage 4 - Flat Road Race
Today was a pretty simple day, we tried to get Andy up for the win but he suffered a lot yesterday, so he didn't get the win, although the team are aiming to win tomorrow so we didn't want to ride to hard. Simon.

Yeah I'm pretty satisfied with how today went as I managed to get into the break, but I'd of liked to have someone with me because I think we would of gone all the way if I'd had someone to work with, but thats Bike racing and we've got to move on and don't make the same mistakes, next time! Simon
I think that today I rode well, and I followed the team orders so I have nothing to complain about, but I think that Leo could of ridden a bit more smartly as he seemed desperate to attack, even though I was up the road, so I think that was what made the other teams chase me, although we achieved our main goals of keeping the white and yellow jerseys so I think that we've almost secured them but we have to keep our guard as a split in the peloton, a crash or a break we give to much rope to could take this away from us, so we have to keep on our guard.

"Today there was nothing special really to report, Andy decided that he would rather the team help to protect Leo's GC lead, so he said he would go without a lead out for the rest of the race, as he was satisfied to already of had a few wins. Simon
Stage 7 - Flat Road Race
"I managed to get into the break today and pick up the KoM point, but the team decided to sit back in the bunch and make sure that Leo and Adam were safe from crashes, which we managed to achieve so a good day gals wise, t's just a shame Andy couldn't get the win. Simon
Stage 8 - Flat Road Race
Today Leo told us that we should ride for Andy, as he was getting bored of just riding to survive the stages so we tried as best we could to lead Andy out, and that showed as he got on the odium, which may have been a win if I'd started my lead out a bit later. Simon.
Stage 9 - Flat Road Race
Today was a hard stage, as there was crosswinds all day, and Leo punctured so we had to all work very hard to get him back on, and I think our results show that, as Andy was the one who made the call for us all to help him. I'm a bit disappointed with the bunch as they accelerated when Leo punctured, but ,maybe that shows they are just afraid of the team. Simon

Toady was a pretty straight forward day, we saw that the break wasn't a threat so we let them go, and none of the other teams wanted to chase and when they did it was woo late. I managed to help Andy in the final sprint but none of us had the legs today as we've ridden hard all week. Simon

Today we messed the lead out up as we went to late, so Eddy wasn't at the front when all the other sprinters had launched their sprint. As a result of this I beat Eddy even though I'd done a big lead out because he hadn't got onto my wheel. On the plus side Stefano took the KoM jersey, so we are going to be up their in the mountains. Today I was amazed with my ride I guess that the hillier route helped me as I managed to get a top 10, when I was expecting to loose more time to Eddy and G. I think that I'm in good shape so tomorrow should be fun, with riders like Contador and Pete (Kennaugh) here, its going to be a hard race. Adam
Stage 3 - Mountainous Road Race.
Today was a great performance by the team, as we won the KoM jersey with Stefano as he managed to win all of the climbs today, except the final climb, then when he was brought back we were very attacking, which suited me as I didn't have to work. I think that I wasn't expecting to win today when Contador is here, after just dominating Paris Nice a few weeks ago, which I had to miss with a stomach bug, and Simon had pulled a muscle in his calf. When I attacked I knew it wouldn't be long until Contador caught me so I tried to ride as hard as I could to get 2nd, but Pete and Mollema caught me and by that time I was done in, so could only manage 4th. Bring on the Giro! AdamEdited by JoeArmstrong13 on 18-07-2014 14:35

I think that I'm capable of a top 10 on GC, if I race well, but I'm here to help Nieve so I'll have to follow team orders, although I think I could win a stage as there are a lot of difficult climbs in the back end of the race, so that should be interesting. I'd love to win the KoM Jersey or the Young Riders Jersey, but we'll have to see what happens. Adam
My role within the team is to help Eddy and Kluge in the sprints, so I'll be one of the last lead out men. Then In the mountains I will try to get into breaks and shake up the racing. I wouldn't say that I have no chance of a stage win, as I have good legs, and from a small group I might be able to win the sprint. Simon
Stage 1 - Team Time Trial
This was one of the first ever Team Time Trials, that I have done, and we didn't do very well of the 22 teams we were 22nd over 2 minutes behind Astana, who won, although we don't have any great time trailers in the team as Jan is injured, and Eddy isn't feeling to great, so I think that this may do us a favour as it means we can get into breaks, without being chased down. Simon
Stage 2 - Flat Road Race
Today my task was to get in the break, and try to get the KoM points, which I managed to do, so I am delighted, as I never expected to wear the KoM Jersey in my first Grand Tour, so I plan to defend it for as long as possible. Although the team didn't quite get the finish right as Eddy didn't get the kick he needed to win the stage with top sprinters like Cav and Kittel here Simon
Stage 3 - Flat Road Race.
I'm delighted to have defended the KoM lead, and we did a lot better today, as Eddy attacked with Froomey and Purito, but did a lot of the work and got jumped at the finish, but he still got 2nd, Adam did well as well getting a top 10 against some better sprinters. Today was a great day for the team all round as I managed to extend my lead in the KoM jersey, meaning I am more likely to keep it for longer. Then Eddy managed to get away over the final climb and solo to the stage win, and then as a result he took over the lead in the points leader, which means heading into the hills we have two jerseys and Eddy is closing in on the GC. Today was a real brute of a stage, everyone was attacking, and I don't think I have ever ridden a race with so much climbing talent, I think that my best hope is to go for the KoM Jersey or a break away win, so I'll try that when we hit the high mountains. Although Eddy is still up there but I don't think he will be able to keep it. Maybe he can win the Points jersey, as he can get over all the terrain. Adam

Team Netapp Endura are sad to announce that they will be disbanding at the end of this season, as they were unable to find a sponsor for the 2014 season, after the withdrawal of Netapp, and Endura were unable to take up the role as head sponsor.
On behalf of the Netapp Endura Cycling Team Management, we are sad to announce that the team will disband at the end of the current season, this is due to a number of factors, one of which is the withdrawal of our current head sponsor Netapp, although we were close to completing negotiations with Cadbury to become title sponsor, but these talks broke down, so the management have no choice but to announce this. We wish all of our riders success in the future and hope that they have enjoyed their time at the team.

Today was a brute of a stage, as there was almost no kilometre of flat, so we had to work hard from the beginning. Simon managed to pick up the KoM points which was his main goal, as he may struggle to get them tomorrow. Then I got in a break with G, who was on one from the off today, he just seemed to be pedalling on clouds, so I worked as hard as I could to get him a gap, and he managed to hold it to the line, with Eddy jumping Froome and Purito in the stint despite being distanced on the climb. I think tomorrow will be interesting as it's the first stage in the mountains, so I will hope to do the best I can. Adam
Stage 7 - Mountain Top Finish
Today was very hard, although I'm quite happy with how I rode today, as I got into the break and got the KoM points with Simon in about 2nd, so we thought he'd done enough, but he seemed he hasn't as when we got to the top Simon and Eddy went to get their jersey's but they were told Froome has taken them both, so the team made a miscalculation today, but we'll fight back for them tomorrow. Adam
Stage 8 - Flat Road Race.
Yeah today went to plan, definitely as Eddy managed to distance the bunch with 5 km to go and solo to the victory, with two guys coming up from behind. So we are all very happy as Eddy has taken back the points jersey, and now has a 20 point lead over Froome. Simon is determined for tomorrow as he needs the KoM points, so we will try to help hime get them, but we'll have to see, there are a lot of good, strong riders here. Adam
Stage 9 - Mountain Top Finish
I think that today was pretty good for the team as we got 4 guys in the break to help me and Simon, and then we finished with 4 guys in the front group. I know that we have lost the jerseys again, but that's not the end of the world as we still have a long time until then end of the race, and I'm now only 4 points off the lead in the KoM rankings, so its not all doom and gloom. Adam
Stage 10 - Flat Road Race
Today was a pretty simple day for us we just sat in the pack and tried to recover as best we could, Eddy wanted to go for the sprint so we let him and he managed to do pretty well. Simon
Stage 11 - Hilly Road Race
We wanted to get someone in the break, so it was a very aggressive start to the race, but we didn't manage to, but we were all dead, so Eddy was on his own in the final few kilometres. Adam
Stage 12 - Flat Road Race
An easier day before the mountains tomorrow, so we all tried to keep our heads down, and stay out of trouble, as tomorrow is when the real race will begin. Simon
Stage 13 - Mountain Top Finish.
Today was a great team ride as we put 6 riders in the break, so that we would survive and we managed it. I think that the team rode brilliantly today, and we really deserve the stage win, as we all worked harder than ever, to achieve it. Eddy did another great ride, meaning he moves back up to 3rd overall ahead of Nibali, so that shows how we are riding at the minute, tomorrow is another hard day, so lets hope we can do the same again, maybe for me this time. Adam

Brilliant, just brilliant. I'm so happy for the team as we rode unbelievably today, i Think that this is when we will start to show our strength as Mikel took his second stage win and I took the lead in the KoM. Tomorrow we will aim to do the same again, and hope that we can make it three in a row, be it with Mikel, me or Eddy. Adam
Stage 15 - Mountain top Finish
Today I knew that I had to get into the break, if I wanted to win the KoM jersey, so I managed to do that with 5 team mates, including Simon, who worked incredibly hard to get me a big enough gap to survive until the final climb, when Froome came past me like a rocket. Although I know that Mikel and Eddy had a tough day, so it was a pretty positive, yet disappointing day for us. Adam
