I usually take a PT team just to test out the game, last year it was Belkin. This year I think I want to be Lampre or FDJ and after that I'l probably play as NetApp or a Conti team with nice jerseys and interesting riders.

If I get the game then use various teams to test my skill in classics and stage races/stages.
And then a career with Belkin will be first up.

With the race money back and the salary cap removed I think I'll start a nice career again without editing. Try to build a big team form scratch, from a small CT team. |

I will definitely start a career with either FDJ.fr or Roubaix Lille Métropole (especially since the addition of the Belgian riders) |

Next to the story I'm planning (don't get your hopes up too high, I've been planning stories to no end for the past two years ), I think I'll start with a Conti team from either Spain or Italy. Or I'll go for Orica, if I feel like going for a WT team. Either way, I'm looking forward to price money returning a lot. Monster team, here I come

I'll start a custom team from scratch and then develop the team to become one of the best in the world

If I get it I'll start with a continental team and work up. I have started with Saxo the last three games this time something different. |

Hey guys! Pre-ordered PCM14 now, but when I get the game I want to start a career. My problem is that I don't have a c lue of which team I want to be.
Tips are appreciated.

Well, it's hard to tell you something without knowing your preferences. Any team can be fun to play with, if it fits you.
But some categories:
Belkin or Garmin are solid alround teams if you want to begin in World Tour. If you're into sprinting, Argos is always great fun.
If you're looking to develop a ProConti team of a certain nationality with certain wild cards in the first year, Caja Rural or Bardiani could be something for you. NetApp for a more international approach, maybe Colombia for something "exotic".
The Continental field is wide-spread, you can have basically anything there. If you've played PCM before, try asking yourself which careers you've enjoyed and figure out why. Then see if you can repeat the pattern, or at least avoid teams you know you don't particularly like.
I hope I could help.

I'm going to do a Bardiani CSF career mode, and after that I will probably do Tinkoff Saxo or Trek career |

I take Trek. Kiserlovski, Zubeldia, Arredondo to Giro d'italia. Andy and Frank Schelck to Tour de France. And all to Vuelta a'espana! |

1. NetApp or
2. Topsport (hoping sponsor goals aren´t so ridicolous as in PCM 2013 (Classic WT always TOP 5/ TOP 10)
3. FDJ (Would be the first time for me starting with a PT)
