I bet every team has riders who have doped. Can you ban all of them.

Contador attacked the peloton, catching the two-man breakaway of Rein Taaramae (Cofidis) and Jesús del Nero (Saunier Duval) which had been away for much of the stage, and charged away solo up the category two final climb. Clearly angry, he yelled to the television camera, "Astana in the Tour!". Ultimately, his effort was reeled in by the sprint-hungry bunch, but after the race, the 25-year-old Spaniard was close to tears describing his dashed hopes for a second Tour victory.

He has the right to be sad and mad. He got Cheated. This is like if you took armstrong out because people thought he doped. |

I think this isn't fair for the people who haven't doped. I still believe that Kloden,Lepheimer, and Contador haven't doped and to take away Contador's chance to defend his title is wrong. Leipheimer isn't that young anymore and he won't have many more chances to win the tour.

Couldn't agree more with you - but what team banning does if 1 rider is caught (I'm not talking about just suspicions, I'm talking about actual hard evidence) is that it helps deter institutionalised doping.

Well ASO wont pick them in any of their races. Paris-Nice, Criterium International, Paris-Roubaix, Fleche Wallone, Liege-Bastogne-Liege, and Paris-Tours
RCS Sport didnt pick them for the Giro so they probably wont be in races such as Milan SanRemo, Tirreno-Adriatico, Giro di Lombardia

You forgot the most important race of them all:
Tour of Denmark.
Yep, that's right. Jesper Worre, who was caught while he was active himself, has stated that Astana is not welcome at Tour of Denmark... |

Why? because he won 1 tour de france. Armstrong won 7 does that mean he's guilty too.
