Name: Gazprom Cycling Team.
I thought I already said it somewhere, but however... I'd like to have the BASF removed, because it won't be on the PCM.daily jersey...

Do you maybe have an Excel version of the DB without all of those columns we don't need? It would definetely make planning much easier.. Or is it complicated to make such a thing?

I see the biding is quite similar to the ICL bidding, but I honestly don't quite understand it..
What's the minimum amount of riders you need to have?
What are valid bids, they need to be above the minimum wage, but anything else?
Will it be possible to buy/sell riders from other teams?
Is it allowed to go over the budget in the first round bids?
Can money only be spent by bidding on riders or will there be anything else? (training,...) |

Sorry I wasn't very clear.
Minimum riders=20, Max=30
Valid bids: As long as they are above min. wage, and a multiple of five, they are fine.
As I thought I stated, you can sell riders from your team freely, as well as conduct trades between teams. Once I have approval from all parties, the deal is valid. At the halfway point in the season, you'll be able to buyout rider contacts if you have leftover "money".
You CAN go over budget in the first round, as you can also use the second round for cuts to your team.
Money is only used for transfers, regardless of the type. Money WILL carryover from each season though, so be strategic.
