Fantastic news for Metinvest!
Our first GT will be honor, thanks for this chance, Ignatiev/ Popovych and company are looking forward to meet the PT boys.
Volta a Catalunya and Chrono Herbiers are great too, together that can be some massive XP points for our trio of wildcard talents Zmorka, Grosu and Karnulin. I am very surprised that more managers were not going for them, as rjc_43 says, you will not find these XPs on the ground.
I somewhat counted that we will not get Copenhagen-Malmo, as we were attending it last year and Oz is bigger powerhouse in TTTs. I hope they can even improve our 8th spot from 2013.
Congrats to all the managers, especially Quickstep for the Tour wildcard ,they deserve it. And nice to ride Giro with Kenya Airways

Pretty cool wildcards all round really. Of course zero wildcards in Vuelta is strange but there is at least 22 teams in the PT this year anyway.
Certainly great feelings to see hornbach + AMEX in the two cobbled monuments and the likes of Quickstep and Metinvest in the GTs. To think when I was papa of C2 and these were my little babies - how far they have come

Happy that Kappa get both Italian monuments. I have no real chance of winning anything more than a participant badge, but hopefully we will at least be an active part of the races.
No race crashes for either race, so we will at least use our best riders.

Amazing to be in our home tour after Köln was not favourable due to a clash.
Looking forward to send my German guys Nerz, Ciolek and Herklotz there together with some in need of xp I guess.
Though actually there is no real need for xp as all my riders will reach a new level anyway, but it makes my C1/HC rosters slightly more competitive.

If we want to apply for any of the races with spaces, and have previously said no wildcards, what - if anything - should we do? |

PM SN Not sure if you will have to spend the cash for wildcards-applications, but feel free to ask SN

Yahoo! Four PT Wildcard invites.
All four are on the cobbles, hopefully playing to our strength, but this will be a honor just getting to ride with the likes of Boonen, Brewley, Cancellera and the other top cobblers.
This is going to be the best season so far.

Ooops, I just realizez I did a mistake when applying. I sent in a wish for Tour of Tasmania, although I only payed for the classics, and now I got it. I was looking for PT-races in Asia/Oceania but I was too quick there. You may withdraw me from that stage race SN, as I unfortunately can't afford to pay for stage races in addition to classics. Would like to keep Badaling International though, and am really looking forward to race in Asia together with the pro's.
I am sorry for the inconvenience. |

Maybe other teams that were opting for Tasmania can get that wildcard now? (not sure if somebody besides us and Compal-Merida did).

Still maintain the MO/HIL ratio will be too high for Ignatiev |

Update
- Swedbank-PEAB will ride the Vuelta a Espana
- La Vie Claire will ride the Tour of Qatar
- Heineken-CalGiant will ride the Vuelta a Colombia
- Kazzinc will ride the Tour of Tasmania
There is still 1 space left for the Vuelta a Espana, 1 space left for the Giro di Lombardia and 1 space left for the Tour of Norway.

Not important now, it seems that Kazzinc also applied for Tasmania, good to see more teams being given a chance.
But i realized i spent those 200k stupidly, as stage races+GT costs 150k and classics 30k, so these two groups would do it for me for 180k together, instead 200k for "all PT races".

How you pick your Festina squad for the race is up to you!

This is arguable.
I would be very, very happy about every 6th-8th in the sprints this season.
In especially when being reached by Krieger, who rides for me since level 1. |

Is it the first ever GT for Jaguar?
I hope it`s Berhane and not Bibby there. |

Nah, we had the Vuelta last year too.
I will have to see if I can juggle my planner to get an 8 man squad, but better than having the space vacant
Last day of the Vuelta clashes with the Tour of Eritrea unfortunately, so no Berhane!
