As I've said on other concerns, dream on. They will not release a new DB-editor, so I highly doubt they will release a new stage editor. |

Are you sure Crue?? If Cyanide can make sweeping changes after beta testing, you dont think they're capable for an about face????
I guess if you got this from the horses mouth, then its to be believed...
regarding your other remark. Im not dreaming at all. I have little or no expectation of this company. I was merely paying lip service..

It isn't necesarry to make a new stageeditor. This editor is difficult to learn, but when you know everything it is quite simple to handle. |

The only problem with the editor it's that is unstable(spell?), it's like Jaap said, it's only dificult to learn |

It's always best to change only small things at a time, then render it, so you know what has caused it to go wrong when it crashes

I have purchased and played all cycling manager games created and have installed and played all on my current system as well as using the Stage editors on the releases that have them except PCM2007. So i would like to have the problem of the editor crashing after rendering once i can actually open it without an error problem denying from using it . All help has been great in solving the problem and have even taken Cruetrue's advice and sent then issue to sovle to Cyanide and i am still waiting, i know that come as a shock to some, maybe it will be sent to me in PCM2008 |

I emailed cyanide support yesterday, outlining my problems with Stage editor and asking if they plan any improvements, either for 07 or for the forthcoming 08.
I await teir reply, though I am not holdng my breath. |

Well, got a reply today
We fixed the "render crashes" for PCM08 and so it will be possible to render many times without always saving/closing the application.

I just came to think of one thing -- the PCM06 stage editor is a lot more stable, and the stages for PCM06 works for PCM07 as well. It doesn't have as many details as the PCM07 editor has, but it works, and you can make some quite good-looking stages with it |
