@alakagom - He does, and still plenty of room to develop more Skujins should be great for us this year, and some what Close to top 10 would be nice for us

It was a long time since anything happend in here, sorry about that...
Below you will see a short Review of the season so far...
We Went to Spain for Vuelta a Mallorca and Seeldrayers made a good result thanks to winning some sprints when he was in a break he gained some bonus second and was able to finnish at 5th in the GC also Hermans did good and made 9th in GC.
We had high hopes for Gisborne GP but Skujins did not really make as good result as we hoped and finished 8th.
After that it was time for one of our goal races to win at home in Scandinavia Open RR it was a strong startlist and Skujins did okey and made it to a 5th Place.
In Tour of Japan Thomas Lövkvist did manage to get 7th in the GC and after that he came 9th in Sibiu Tour.
Toms Skujins did good in Manx International and took a 3rd Place and in San Sebastian Classis which was a top 5 goal for us he did get 6th, so Close to our goal..
In Denmark Freddy Johansson rode a good TT and thanks to get he came 6th in GC.
Right now we are racing in Volta Portugal where both Hoogerland & Skujins have won one stage each and Hoogerland, Bjelkmark and Larsson are all top 15 in GC Before the last stage.
We also competing in Baltic Chain Tour right now but not with the same success so far.
That´s all, a very short and not detailed version of our season so far.
Over and out! // Viking90

Review of 2014 goasl
Top 5 Europe Team Tour Standings
TBA
Win Scandinavia Open RR - Skujins 5th.
Of course our homerace was the most important race for the year and we hoped we could win it and sended a strong squad with Toms Skujins as the leader with help from Ben Hermans, Johnny Hoogerland, Anders Ekh Dahlberg, Thomas Lövkvist, Paavo Pajanen and Gustav Larsson. Skujins was in the fight with some kms left but Di Maggio was to strong and took a solo win and Skujins could sprint to a 5th place.
Top 5 Clasica San Sebastian - Skujins 6th.
Another race were Toms Skujins was our main leader with back up from Ben Hermans, Johnny Hoogerland, Anders Ekh Dahlberg, Kristian Haugard Jensen, Paavo Pajanen, Alexander Wetterhall & Fredrik Ludvigsson.
Skujins was awake when the first favourites attacked and follow them and after that he put in a strong attack himself and it looked good on the top of the last hill he was in a solo lead put in the descent and flat terrain to the finish line he was caught and unfortunately he could just sprint to a 6th place just a few meters behind to complete our top 5 goal.
Top 10 Corsica International- Lövkvist 12th.
Thomas Lövkvist was our captain for this 3 stages race. With support from Jonas Ahlstrand, Jonas Bjelkmark, Gustav Larsson, Max Öste-Macdonald, Kevin Seeldrayers, Theo Eltink & Tobias Ludvigsson.
Lövkvist could not make as great TT as we hoped for but on the last mountain stage he did race as could as we hoped for but due to the not so good TT he finished 12th in the GC only 5 seconds from top 10 and by that make our goal for that race.
Top 5 Manx International - Skujins - 3rd
Once again a hilly race with Skujins as our captain, Hoogerland, Eltink, Ekh Dahlberg, Klostergaard, Paajanen, Haugard Jensen, & F.Ludvigsson was his helpers.
Skujins was able to follow the attacks and 8 riders sprinted for the victory at the end and Skuijins was able to get 3rd and complete our goal!
To sum it up so far 1/5 goals completed. With just a little bit more of luck we good have completed 2 more of those goals.

Wow, I didn't know you got Ahlstrand to such a high xp level.
I guess that means you keep him and go for a GT wildcard?

That has been the plan with both him and T.Ludvigsson all the time , will be nice to see if Ahlstrand can make any good results in PCT next season |

Indeed. If he does, do you believe you could try and go for a lower promotion position with appropriate transfers?

Ahlstrand.
He will be a huge rider already without being maxed. The year afterwards eventually in PT could be huge even there. |

Hmm, haven´t really thought so far yet. But with a great transfer period I hope we can compete higher up than this year.
With this seasons best scorer for us Toms Skujins leaving after a one year loan we sure need to find some good replacement for those points.

Yes, I´m glad to have such a good Swedish talent on the team.
I just hope he can achieve what I expect from him in the future |

Still feel guilty about not getting Jacobsen to 3.00. Really badly misjudged the effect seven rider teams have on necessary squad sizes. Sorry again.
And Ahlstrand is crazy, I hope I'll have a,lot of fun avoiding him next season.

Alhstrand is surely the beast, i am watching him closely for few years now, as i feel possible talent rivalry with my boy Grosu. Good luck with him and replacing Skujins (maybe with Skujins on permanent move?)
Really nice core of nordic talents you have!

Don´t you worry, but if it would have been say Ahlstrand I would be angry at you

Yeah, when I looked in to your HQ my eyes stopped at Grosu and thought the same Zmorka looks like a huge TTs for you!
It´s going to be hard to replace him and if he will leave Vesuvio we will for sure take a look in signing in permanent! |

Rumours
There been a lot of rumours around Swedbank - PEAB lately the biggest so far is if the team even will exist the next season. That´s something that can´t be confirmed nor denied at the moment.
But if the team will stay there has been rumours around who will stay and who will eventually leave the team.
Michel Kreder har pronounced doubts about being the main sprinter next season because of Jonas development lately and Michel are not sure he want to race as a second sprinter/lead out man in this team. But he clearly pointed out that he has enjoyed racing in Swedbank-PEAB so far.
Another Dutch that may leave is Theo Eltink that has been racing in the Swedish team since the first season as Team Falcon-Husqvarna in 2011.
Havard Blikra want to race a year in PT to feel how it is to race with the best guys and come back as an aven better cyclist for us.
Fredrik Ludvigsson, Christian Bertilsson, Kristian Haugard Jensen and Truls Engen Korsaeth has also mentioned that PT maybe interesed for them next season.
Staying in the team for sure is Thomas Lövkvist, Jonas Ahlstrand and Tobias Ludvigsson. Many other will most likely stay also.
The future will show which riders who will leave or if maybe all riders will have to find a new team for the next season.
