Wow! There's some beautiful NCs there. Great work as ever from aidan
Rumours suggest Gautier likes this one better though:

Some reporters should pay you to keep Gautier, just to show the jersey in races...

With renewals finally concluded for all cycling teams, we can finally confirm what the wages for our riders in 2014 will be. We have included them here beside their 2013 wages for comparison. We are pleased to announce that many riders took a pay cut, with only a few asking for higher wages (and then they were only slight increases).
| Name | Old Wage | New Wage | Difference | Pieter Vanspeybrouck | € 290,000 | € 300,000 | € 10,000 | Dominique Cornu | € 200,000 | € 220,000 | € 20,000 | Cyril Gautier | € 190,000 | € 220,000 | € 30,000 | Joeri Stallaert | € 85,000 | € 150,000 | € 65,000 | Niels Albert | € 175,000 | € 115,000 | -€ 60,000 | Romain Feillu | € 200,000 | € 100,000 | -€ 100,000 | Mathieu Drujon | € 200,000 | € 100,000 | -€ 100,000 | Johan Vansummeren | € 120,000 | € 60,000 | -€ 60,000 | Tim Wellens | € 110,000 | € 60,000 | -€ 50,000 | Ben Curfs | € 50,000 | € 60,000 | € 10,000 | Dion Beukeboom | € 50,000 | € 55,000 | € 5,000 | Francis De Greef | € 50,000 | € 55,000 | € 5,000 | Welle Jallays | € 50,000 | € 55,000 | € 5,000 | Sven Vandousselaere | € 50,000 | € 55,000 | € 5,000 | Romain Zingle | € 80,000 | € 55,000 | -€ 25,000 | Kris Boeckmans | € 90,000 | € 50,000 | -€ 40,000 | Remco Broers | € 65,000 | € 50,000 | -€ 15,000 | Jerome Cousin | € 65,000 | € 50,000 | -€ 15,000 | Tim Declerq | € 60,000 | € 50,000 | -€ 10,000 | Frederik Frison | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 | Maxime La Lavandier | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 | Mathieu La Lavandier | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 | Eliot Lietaer | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 | William Maesen | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 | Guillaume Van Keirsbulck | € 50,000 | € 50,000 | € 0 |
This means that two riders have not been renewed - Arnaud Godet and Jonathon Dufrasnes. We thank them both for their service to the team.

I trained him 3 hill last year so that has to be factored in. He has to be the best value puncheur with that wage, however.

Gautier claims "The manager spent 3,5mio on me last season, and I let him down. Clearly I can expect a higher wage, that is common sense"
Team Festina express their interest in a few BPost riders this upcoming transfer window. The manager stated that Kris Boeckmans still is of very high interest to the team, after they lost the bidding war on him last season. But also Romain Zingle, and the obvious Cyril Gautier should be very interesting for the french team manager.

Kris Boeckmans and Romain Zingle will not be leaving the team. Both are key to our future plans.

Using the earlier transfer season well stepped transfer way, Allianz-BMW keen to sign Cyril Gautier and Niels Albert (maybe Drujon and Feillu too) in a one-pack transfer |

That would have to be one hell of an offer. I would rather hold on to Albert unless I can use him in a rider swap. Gautier is likely to leave on his own as several teams are interested in just him. Feillu and Drujon could be available together but I would want to secure at least one sprint replacement before I remove them.
