That's some massive wage cap space. But you will need some riders as well. Will be an interesting transfer period for you.
Check out my ManGame team here

Soupe is massively interesting with that wage!

David Boily is key for us to loan this season, while Soupe and Roy are very interesting for us aswell. Ivars might be interesting, depending on how our season forms as his wage is slightly higher than anticipated pre-renewals.

Glad to here of the interest will obviously speak about Boily and the other 2 later this week and Ivars wage was as low as I could get not really a chance for any lower unfortunately,

I'm expecting a PM during the transfer window then hahaGrin

Only the 5 more riders needed but with the transfers out we will have a bit to make up.

Rumours says that new Balkanic project, Team Nordeus is very interested in your 25y/o Croatian, Kristjan Durasek.

What do you have to add on this as a manager RBC Pro Cycling, the team for which Durasek is riding currently?

RBC Pro Cycling is very open to an offer for Durasek but with replacements for him likely to be on the thin it would take a good offer for him to move on this season though we will be in touch.

Roster Added To With 3 Signings

Our roster now finally has a few more riders on it after just signing Bellis in the first 4 days. To start with Patrick Naud this young rider could become a great helper in the Hills and Cobbles in the future and I am exicted to have him around. Second Mitch Docker I was very impressed by his riding last year for AirBaltic and fact he can climb as well as sprint is off great help to the team. Third Romain Vanderbiest he has been part of a plan that started back in CTDiv2 days though the plan changed from French to Canadian he is still part of it can't wait to see if he can earn his ridicules paycheck most likely not but he is need anyway.

Nice gains, i wonder what can Hoffman do against your sprinters, probably nothing Smile
I'll be back

Alakagom
Any other years those two sprinters would have awesome time in PCT. This year, who knows ? Pfft

Vanderbiest is an awesome signing, luckily though he's just bit weaker version of Vantomme for me Pfft

Alongside Bellis the team is looking strong!

Not really a clue which sprinter will be best but agree Vantomme is a bit better Vanderbiest but hopefully the team can make a few strides anyway all set up for next yearSmile.

Went after Vanderbiest for a while, but realised you wouldn't budge. Hopefully Maksimov will beat him in at least one race for me to feel better

Yeah i saw that but Maksimov should be okay as long as your goals are pan-flat which they kind of are tbf i assume you thought you were getting Impey or JVH thoughWink

strange fact i outbid the 5 people who outbid me on Vanderbiest in 23 Minutes combined taking away the massive 13 Minutes it took for me to outbid Aidan once it was 10 minutes to outbid 4 people haha

FLMOHITTSTRSRCCOSPACFTDHPR
69676770687066676069647070

Info: Alexandor was our top target of the window a shining light in Canadian cycling hopefully he becomes a top TT rider in the future, for this season the aim is to get him from 1.00 -> 3.xx nothing else will do really.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Patrick Lane Level 3.03 Potential 5

FLMOHITTSTRSRCCOSPACFTDHPR
67707162676669566269746562

Info: Patrick joins us from Quickstep a good climber on both long and short climbs we hope Patrick will continue to develop with us before possibly seeking experience in a higher division next year.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Marc Machado

FLMOHITTSTRSRCCOSPACFTDHPR
69546358726763796261795958

Info: Marc is here to be our cobbles leader and while not being much good at anything else he does give us a chance to score points in these races on a low wage that would otherwise have not been possible.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Michael Torckler

FLMOHITTSTRSRCCOSPACFTDHPR
71677264737074567573645964

Info:After failing to sign Johnathon McEvoy we looked for a rider of similar ablities and Michael fits the bill perfectly he can sprint after tough stages which should make him useful for us in Tour were he could get a chance of being the lead sprinter if Mitch Docker and Romain Vanderbiest are not there.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lawrence Warbesse Level 3.54 Potiential 6

FLMOHITTSTRSRCCOSPACFTDHPR
68737270716967586063716770

Info:Lawrence is our future stage race captain and a rider our sponsors needed as with the American Market so fierce and it also being a target for our Canadian sponsors and it is always a good idea to please the sponsors, hopefully they will be please with him like we are.

This has not been an easy season. RBC have really struggled and if Bellis hasn't been races we haven't been scoring, Results of note so far have been two stage wins one each for Hugo Houle and Romain Vanderbiest apart from that Bellis completing our goal at the Gisbourne classic and only being 2 places away from completeing our goal at the Scandinavian Road Race have been the two highlights.

Though big mistakes have been made in planning by the manager placing way too much confidence in Marc Machado and wasting race days on the cobbles which have yielded no points of note. Other disappointments have been Bellis performances in stage races with no top 5 GC results so far and sprint classic poor performances by Romain Vanderbiest sometimes not entirely his fault. ]

Now for some positives and none of them come for our team David Boily rode his grand tour in the Giro D'Italia and gained his first stage win Boily rode away from his breakaway companions to an easy stage win his 2nd stage of the year equaling his total from last year and making his manager very happy.

Let's hope his form moves to his actual team at some point this season

Things were looking bad for RBC before the Tour of Taihu, 28th in the rankings and not picking up many points anywhere we need a standout performance and my oh my did we get one.

Romain Vanderbiest maybe the most overpaid man in the whole Man-Game his astonishing 560k wage is mind blowing but he looked nearly worth it throughout the entire tour.

Finishing in the top 7 in every stage as well as 2nd twice and picking up one stage win Romain won RBC first ever GC in the history of the team and only the third full race in the teams history (the others being the team's first race Said Haddou in the Dubai Grand Prix and Sebastian Salas in last years Bucks County Classic).

We can only be pleased with his performance and look forward to his next race in the Eneco Tour.

Elsewhere in the Czech Tour it was not such a good showing overall but still a pleasing showing by the team, we made 3 out of the 5 breakaways gaining a 2nd on stage 4 with Patrick Naud (who also finished 3rd in the points classification), 16th overall with Kristijan Durasek and a couple of top 10 from Mitch Docker.

It was a pleasing performance with only Christopher De Souza and Michel Koch not showing up in the results on any day but both assisted with helping the team.
