Well two seconds off of 7th, but fair enough not enough depth to be up with top 6 teams. Much much tighter than I thought it would be, project expected winners but not as superior as they were as kack foreskin.
Oops I mean jack Wolfskin

Well roturn, I suspect you didn't check the DB for TTT strenght here?
Don't get me wrong, great report, but I was amused by the way you depicted our fight against B&O a bit.
Because seriously, I'm thrilled by this result.
To compare B&O, us and Wiggle on who we gained 15sec in the last sector:
| B&O | Puma | Wiggle | | 8-rider avg: | 73.875 | 66.125 | 75 | | Top 5 avg: | 75.8 | 69 | 77 |
We lost 40 points to B&O here, that's at least 30 less than I expected.

I was aware of the TTT difference between your teams.
Just wanted to try to compare those teams, that stay close in the rankings.
So in the Puma/Pendleton/B&O/Heineken case I pointed out that Puma is point wise the "loser" here even though this might have been expected. |

Okay, if I'm not mistaken, we lead B&O by 8 points now

Bizarre how far Wiggle fell there between checkpoints there, and also surprising how much Lotto rose up.
I gave up on trying to win this when Eurosport defied rider stats to beat Accumalux and prevent a hatrick for me in the race - a hatrick now achieved by Project 1t4i, so well done to them. So 17th is as expected really - especially since I didnt bother bringing Kittel.

Pretty much as expected, in both ends of the list. Thanks for the report!
For the battle to avoid relegation, Puma looks about safe, considering they've one of the biggest favourites in Praha - Karlovy Vary - Praha and VDB in Tasmania. That sounds about safe to me, but I really hope we get a fight for that last spot in Lombardia, meaning I'm hoping for B&O to pull a big surprise somewhere to make the battle continue until the very end.
The race for the title must be wide open, but it's hard to tell not knowing the points from ToNE. Anyway, it looks like we'll have a thrilling end to the season |

I wish.
Lisbon had a more suiting profile for Bennati and he took only 35 points there.
Yes, he could win, but we could come out of that race with an advantage that already Tasmania stage 1 could negate.
That said, I expect two VDB vs. Keinath fights in Tasmania and Lombardia, and considering there are no mountain profiles (Lombardia wiill have some sort of mo/hill-ratio, but still), they couldn't be much more similar in the important stats.

Wow, only 5 secs behind alex's monster time trialing machines? That's a result! Coppel did his job well. It's nice to retain the crown of 'the best of the rest'.
4th place in standings looks really safe for my team now, I believe. I wonder how big will be the gap to teams on the podium, but that gap was probably too huge before TONE.

Except maybe Gesink and Posthuma, this year's team is hardly impressive

Hmm, just noticed that the last 4/5 ProTour classics have been awarded ranking points based on the Monument points scale. Good thing I spotted that now, before the end of the season, but that will mean some changes for sure.

Nice report Roturn and dream performance from our team. 8th in PT race is great for our team and sponsors. And fans,if there are any.
Obviously "free" race days helped Metinvest, as PT teams missed some stars. Congrats to dutch machine, but Milka was really close.

F*ck. If that includes Ocean Road Classic, B&O gains about 60 points total on us.
I really need updated rankings after this then.

Crazy how much changed between the checkpoints! Fairly clear win for 1t4i, even though they lost most of their lead towards the end. Congrats, alex!
