I've decided to do it this way: there will be 16 participants (hopefully). I'll make 4 groups of 4, using the pot system, with the 4 highest rated players in pot 1 etc. Everyone plays against everyone in the group twice. Then the 4 group winners and nrs. 2 will make the two finale groups, numbers 3 and 4 have the same. All groups will be made with a draw. Then we get the semi finals. Everyone gets to play those, so it's 1A vs 2B and 2A vs 1B and 3A vs 4B etc. to ensure everyone gets to play the same number of games. In the semi finals you play 2 games as well, one with white, one with black. In case of a tie, 2 more games will be played until a difference is made. For the finals and games for 3rd, 5th, 7th place etc. also 2 games will be played. If this is extremely vague, please tell the incomprehensable part.

Okay, I'm gonna set a new deadline. It will be at the midnight from tuesday to wednesday. There are still 5 spots left, but I'll make a new set-up in case of less than 16 participants

I think you should extend the minutes allotted from 5 to 10 because I just played a few games and 5 minutes is nowhere near enough time we didnt even get halfway through the game every time.
