Well, Jo Piels just suck. (At least their 2013 roster does ).
Would rather have team ISD I guess, but then again, I won't participate, since I'll go on holiday probably before this ends...

It depends when you go on holiday, I'm planning to make this pretty quick. Plus you could just select riders and goals and then disappear really.

Unless you present me with a selected team before those are over, then you may not join the game. All teams currently listed as "Unmanaged" are 'available'. I will start chasing people up tomorrow, and please TRACK THE THREAD, as the goal selection needs to move pretty swiftly.

When goals are confirmed. I have a more complex system for them than you'd expect, so pretty much I decide them for you. All will be revealed when all the startlists are sent in.

Read very carefully, because this goal system is NOT what you'd think it is. Although I'm still waiting on a few startlists, I want to get this up and running so we'll start now.
You can pick three of the following to send to me:
GC
Points
KoM
Young
Team
Stage Wins
But - and here's the weird bit - you will just send me the category, and I will decide the actual goal. So, for example you send me:
GC, Points, Stage Wins
For a strong climbers' team, I might choose:
Top 5 GC, Top 15 Points, 2 Stage Wins
Or, for a weak climbers' team with an ok sprinter:
Top 20 GC, Top 5 Points, 1 Stage Win
So, you choose the categories, and I choose the placing.
Make sure you choose wisely! If - as I hope you all do - you continue managing a team in the Giro, then the way you perform based on these goals will have HUGE significance.
I will make 1 goal easy, one medium and one hard.
