I'm not sure which banner you mean (maybe up on the KoM banner?), but anything I have apart from the LOOK team related stuff that I made was included in either the standard game, or the PCMDaily DB I'm using.

PCM 13. This story is in PCM 13: Stories, and that's the only copy I have. I believe there was/is a PCMDaily expansion pack for PCM 12 as well.

Story's on hold for a few days, I've got the team kit being updated, as I've found myself really unsatisfied with the way my version is turning out in photos, and I'd rather fix it early in the season than later.
