Nationality: Italy
Rider type: Sprinter
Short Bio: This guy has a short temper, but his explosiveness is shown in sprinting. He doesn't like any mountains, but can take a hill decently. He hopes to start his cycling carreer at a continental team.

Name: Jordan Birtles
Age: 22
Nationality: GB
Rider type: TT/Stage Race Domestique
Short Bio: Inspired by the likes of Boardman, Millar and Wiggins, he grew up obsessed with the TT bike, spending hours a day practising his aerodynamic position on an exercise bike. After going on a summer cycling holiday in the Alps, he also learnt how to apply his evident power in the climbs. A true diesel, he sees attacking as a chore but will happily set a tempo on the front of a peloton on any terrain all day.

Ok here we go, Three Riders from TMM. Will there be a Hammarling? Gonna have to click to find out!
Rider 1
Spoiler Name: Ylvo "Cheli" Chelyakov
Age: 18
Nationality: Kazakhstan
Rider type: Time Trial
Short Bio: Chelyakov grew up in rural Kazakhstan, on the edge of the deserts. He never really had an interest in cycling, but rode his bike to and from school and with friends. One day his school hosted a cycling race, and Cheli dominated it. From there he went for cycling as a way out of farming. A few years later and here he is, fresh off the production line. A man that will suffer for others on the flat lands. A real diesel powerhouse, who just wants to try and get away from farming at home.

Rider 2
Spoiler Name: Thomas "Le Faucon" Hinault
Age: 21
Nationality: French
Rider type: Climber
Short Bio: Thomas grew up in the Pyrenees. Cycling is in his DNA, as he is related to the famous Bernard. Weekly training included over 15,000m of climbing on the famous Cols at the Southern end of the range. He is knowledgeable and smart. Cycling has been his life since the age of 6, and big things are expected of the "Le Pyrénéen Faucon"

Rider 3
Spoiler Name: Adrien "Shindigs" Hanzen
Age: 23
Nationality: British
Rider type: Sprinter
Short Bio: Adrien was born in Austria (hmm, sounds like Tom Lasnik) then moved to Brunei aged 13. His family moved back to the UK when he was 17, making Adrien a very international lad. He has a good grasp of languages, even mastering the French double entendre! Adrien is heavy set and powerful. He can turn huge gears, giving him a awesome kick of speed. The power will also get him over a lot of hills. Yet to pick up all the skills for a sprint finish, if he is there watch out.

Name: Josh Burton
Age: 19
Nationality: GB
Rider type: Pure climber
Short Bio: A very lightweight rider with the physique of a ten year old, Josh has progressed rapidly through the amateur levels and is expected to be the next big thing, perhaps able to challenge the likes of Quintana in a few years. His big weakness is pretty much everything else. Don't expect him to win anything this year as he learns how to deal with life in the pro peloton.

@ Ollfardh - Are you sure it is wise to allow such young riders to have 75+ in stats? They might become 80's by the end of the season. I don't know why I'm being weary.
I'm sure you thought it through though.
Any ideas when the wildcard confirmations are handed out? |

I think the low FTR stat would kill a puncheur though, wouldn't it?
Anyway, how does Krizan feel about Garmin Sharp? Both Nuyens and Martin could do with help/ a co leader.

He need some time to make a decision. At the moment he's waiting for offers, but he's definitely opened to any offer from a WT.
Die hard fan of Tom Boonen and Quickstep since 2004.

It's up to the manager and the rider to find an agreement. I don't get involved

Missed this post here. My system should prevent too much stat building.
Wildcard round 1 will be over tonight, announcement will come later.
