Hi all! My name is Marouane Shaqif, and I am from Tunisia. Please excuse me, for my English in not really good. I have say thank you to Jan de Boer and the Qhubeka team for giving me the contract. So, I am best in time trialling, but also I am not too bad at cobbles. I trust you know my story, so I decide not to repeat it, but after what I have been through it is amazing that I am here! I want to do well in my career here and I want to stay with MTN for as long as it is possible.

The UCI has announced our schedule today. As you may have read, we will take part in the following races:
Tour de Gabon
Tour de San Luis
Tour of Qatar
Tour of Oman
Tour de Langkawi
Clásica de AlmerÃa
Strade Bianche
Tirreno Adriatico
Milano - San Remo
GP Indurain
Volta Limburg
This means we have also ensured a wildcard for the Tirreno-Adriatico

Hey guys,
after the UCI announced today our schedule for the first part of the season. Many of you asked me which races i will take part. And my answer is: I can't tell you yet. I told the manager that I will race every race that i am allowed to race. Unfortunatelly, I had a little accident a few weeks ago, so my form is not as good as I hoped to. If this results in less racing in the first part of the season, it could be okay for me...

You will mainly ride races which involve climbing, which suits you best. That you will race in Bayern is quite sure already

Hello Sir,
First of all, I want to say thank you once again that I can train with your top riders.
Today my uncle Hugh invited me to his marriage which is on 10 March this year. I want to know now if you have planned me to race somewhere at this time as i would had to tell him then. It would be okay for me as I was on his last three marriages but I need to know soon.
I want to use this situation as occasion to ask for my other races this year(/this spring).What is your planning? I am receptive for everything.

That is okay for me. I don't like Langkawi too much but when I am allowed to participate in Milano San Remo that's a fair deal.

I am slightly confused about the tour de San Luis. The director sportif told me earlier this week that i would be allowed to race there but now I am not in the line up for this race. Did I miss something?
