The team seems good to me, Phil, should be a nice team. Still mainly youth, but that's ok, this is a lot better.
And regarding nationalities, if you are a team with a nationality with a lot cyclists/a region of a few countries(e.g. Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland) with a lot of cyclists, then you should really focus mainly on that one/those.
But of course, if you look at Champion Systems, they're Asian and f.e China only doesn't have a lot of cyclists, so, then you can use more nationalities.
It's just that PCT teams normally have a clear country/area that is the main focus. I'd keep on that and if you get WT, maybe you can make the selection of countries a bit bigger.
Maybe a bit too many puncheurs, you have 4 75+ puncheurs...
I'd replace at least 1 for a climber/sprinter or just for a domestique...
But it looks good, as long as you are PCT
I didn't want to interfere in this thread, but I have one remark... Why on the earth are you cokmplaining about reality of custom squads? I don't know, but I always wanted to have the best team, which can be offered, by this I don't mean to have in same one riders like Boonen, Contador, Cavendish, Cancellara, Froome etc. Yes when you made a team full of top talents, you'll probably reach this, but still - it's a game and winning is always much more fun, than being beaten.
I like all the squads, maybe little bit strong for reality, but not for a game.

Well, a lot of guys just have less fun knowing that their team is very unrealistic...
Also, playing with a really strong team isn't fun at all.
You end up winning everything, it gets boring eventually...
And playing with a weak team is a lot of fun actually, fighting for KoMs, being really happy with a Top 5 and 'over the moon' if you win

I agree with this, I played lot of seasons, with Bauknecht-Author, but still - for me it's the same with games like football manager, always trying to get the bright talents and brush them into the real diamonds.
