i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-15_00018_zps1c9082fa.jpg

A group of 5 have broke away from the peloton and have joined the other 3 up-front(L.Ockerby, J.Kerby, A.Hansen, R.Sutherland, M.Rogers, C.Evans, L.Morton, S.Gerrans) If it came down to a sprint Gerrans would be favourite.

547984 - Think i probably would have done good if Porte didn't fall, and i couldn't get back on to the peloton.

That is it for today there will probably be one or two stages tomorrow of the Santos Tour Down Under.

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-20_00002_zpsebdf0014.jpg

The start of the UCI world tour, begins in Australia

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-20_00006_zps41d3bda3.jpg

The breakaway had three riders in it, Jack Bobridge(Belkin), Julien Vermote(Omega Pharma) and Arman Kamyshev(Astana)

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-20_00008_zpsfaaebefe.jpg

The breakaway didn't go for the mountain points but Bobridge got the 10p with Vermote behind him and Kamyshev took the minimum points.

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-20_00011_zps9f0567ca.jpg

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-20_00012_zps4b117fbf.jpg

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-20_00013_zpsd2e74e25.jpg

Arman Kamyshev took not 1 not 2 but 3 sprints which means he will be in the points jersey Tommorow.

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-20_00014_zps642c26b7.jpg

Elia Favilli has led out Andrea Palini and is far ahead of the rest of the field. Sutton is leading out Boasson Hagen but he is 6 riders pack and is blocked in.

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-20_00017_zps5b73c3b4.jpg

Palini has bossed the sprint today with no-one anywhere near him Sutton and Hagen are coming. Sutton gets a Podium 3rd and Boasson Hagen comes 5th. He will fell a little bit downhearted by that.

baia
Good stage with 2 riders inside top5...
Maybe you could post only top10 or top15 stage results outside a spoiler and the rest with spoiler... its just one sugestion as its too long list( stage results). Wink

Cossack
Was EBH really out of form compared to Sutton or leadout was too strong and he was already exhausted by the time he should start his sprint?

generalaycum
Sutton's goal has been reached and nice 2 people in top 5. So it wasn't a too bad stage.

How did Eisel get behind?
Edited by generalaycum on 22-09-2013 21:33

MrTeamSky
baia - The spoiler won't work because it just comes up at the side with nothing in it.

cossack - Sutton's lead out was too strong and Hagen was tired by the time it came for the sprint but Sutton had a lot of energy left.

That is all for Today there probably won't be a post tomorrow due to School and Cycling training but I will try my best.

TomC
You have to put the table inside spoiler like this [*spoiler][*table][*/table][*/spoiler] of course without * signs Wink

MrTeamSky
Generalycum - Was quite a good stage. He was doing a lot of relaying at the front.

Tomc - Thanks I have sorted it now.

No update today but I will probably have one tommorow

MrTeamSky
Wow where has the week gone been at school training and FIFA early access sorry there has been no update but there will be several this weekend.

The start of stage 2. Hopefully it can be a good day for Hagen and his Sky team-mate's

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-21_00005_zps34092b8c.jpg

Today's 3 man breakaway where Jerome Pineau(Omega pharma), Mathieu Sprick(Shimano) and Sky's very own Luke Rowe(Sky)

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-21_00004_zps5576ee35.jpg

The first sprint was took by Pineau then Rowe shortly behind him and Sprick taking the minimum points.

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-21_00006_zps947ad6b0.jpg

The second sprint was took by Luke Rowe then Pineau and Sprick taking the minimum points again.

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-21_00007_zps83b2d185.jpg

The break were brought in straight after the sprint, which meant the mountain points were up for grabs. Simon Geschke took them in-front of Mathias Frank. With no-one attacking on the climb this ment that it would be a downhill sprint to the line.

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-21_00008_zps0fc1c6b2.jpg

With 3k to go Wout Poels attacked looking for glory and a the flame-rouge Poels was in-front of everyone else by a few bike lengths but Edvald Boasson Hagen was coming behind him with Palini right behind him. Can he hang on.

i1273.photobucket.com/albums/y405/MrTeamSky/2013-09-21_00010_zps773948ec.jpg

Wout managed to hang on with Palini 2nd and Edvald Boasson Hagen getting a great podium also Chris Sutton came in 5th.

Sorry I'm taking a break from this story I'm just so busy with school and football training. Hope to come back to it soon and I will definitely come back to this story.
