The UCI announced today they reached an agreement for the last management spot in the World Tour. Mitch Thompson from Australia will take over Vacansoleil-DCM. About a dozen Continental Tour teams are still unmanaged though, and the UCI is looking for more applicants here:

Around 50 young riders have already decided to take up the challenge and signed up for the new season. About half of them has found a team already, while the UCI is looking for a solution for the other riders. A full list of the new riders can be found here:

After another busy weekend, the UCI has confirmed over 50 new riders will be join the next season. The majority of them has even found a team. Team Europecar has already signed 4 new young riders, while teams such as Sky, Euskaltel, Belkin, Cannondale and FDJ have filled their rosters. A few teams also found new managers over the weekend, meaning the continental tour will be ready to attack the world tour this year.
When it comes to races, the UCI announced a few races were almost full and that the last wildcards would go out soon. Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, Strade Bianche and Criterium International are the most popular Continental Tour races at the first part of the season, while Paris-Nice appears to be the most targeted race in the World Tour.

Just spent 15 minutes investigating what all this was about, looks really good but as I'm still fairly new to the game (the last PCM I owned before 2013 was 2008) and I don't think I'd be very good at this.
Maybe in 6 months or so I'll be ready for such a challenge.

UCI announces 68 new riders found a team
The UCI announced today they closed the signups with a total of 68 riders entering the new season. Spread over several teams, all riders have found a home in the World Tour or the Continental Tour. With an avegare age of 20,4 years old, these riders are likely the future of cycling.
While some teams are still looking for a manager or co-manager, all riders are well taken care of by their managers and are expected to join the racing very soon. For the first part of this years calendar, we have the following race available:
