I usually pick a lower team and build them up to the top. Since I'm an Asian. Team Nippo or Champions Systems. I also like Australian Team Orica Greenedge.
But sometimes I picked up WT team like Sky, Radioshack, and OPQ.

I always go for a low rated british team. Gone for Ralpha-Condor Sharp this time and enjoying working through the ranks on hard. I am in season 3 and topping the continental pro rankings at the moment. Try to sign british riders where i can. Although this season my star has been Talansky. |

My favourite WT team is Cannondale for sure, but in PCM I also like to play with smaller (mostly German) teams, like Nutrixxon-Abus or Thüringer Energie Team |
