I remember one time where everyone crashed in the final corner apart from a guy at the back who came through and won.

The olympic final a few years ago if im not that wrong actually. An aussie was so slow he was never involved in the crash, and then he won it.

Steven Bradbury, greatest speedskater to ever live Grin

Same thing actually happened in the semi-final so he got through.

near future??

Then he has to improve about 25 seconds on the 10k, 10 seconds on the 5k and even a few tenths of seconds on the 500m. Only his 1500m is up to Kramer standards...
And Kramer is as old as Bøkko. Bøkko was better when they were juniors, but Kramer clearly progressed much further. Pfft

Actually, after seeing these allround championships, I think Koen Verweij (5th at only age 17!!!) will be the next real threat.

the way I imagine Ruben will be very clear to anyone who's ever seen "Little Britain", after the following sentence:

"I want that one"

EC Allround

Women
1. Wust
2. Van Deutekom
3. Sablikova

lol, the germans sucked, they used to dominate women skating not too long ago... now netherlands 1-2

Men...

well still 1 distance to go and Kramer already won 500m and 5.000m and was 3rd on 1500m ... Bokko is 2nd at...17 seconds  Kramer can do the 10.000m backwards... B)

mrlol
well... after the 500m it was obvious he'd win allready.... I mean, Kramer winning the 500m??? he must be really good.
