I reckon Froome.exe will rape everyone by 2 mins at least. |

Do we have anything to go by results wise? Any previous races on a similar route?
There's the profile, of course, but also the road.
From FDJeux's pre-Tour stage debriefing, I remember they said it's going to be a very technical route, and they were contemplating using normal bikes (they thought TT bikes would be too dangerous with lots of wind).
Those who've done the route several time before during their preparation should get an edge. Light riders with good bike handling skills (that rules out any Euskaltel or Belkin rider ) should do relatively better than they usually do in TT. |

Tony Martin said he will start tomorrow on a road bike and then with 10km to the finish will switch to his 58x11 TT machine. |

I really can not see where the discussion of TT vs road bikes come from. Is it not pretty obvious that road bikes should be better for such a stage? Almost no flat stretches, whatsoever.

I suddenly hate all of them except Steegmans

If Porte and Froome are not flying, I would expect Chavanel to be a great contender for tomorrow's stage.
EDIT: Wait a second, aint Arctic Monkeys legit anymore?

I never bet, but I had to open an account with Bet365 to view its sport broadcasting.
Did intend do use the money I had to insert, but by mistake I just bet most of it on Tony Martin... Oh well, not the worst that could happen, I guess |

Youve got to pray Froome.exe:
a) crashes multiple times
b) gets caught
c) after Tony finishes his TT it starts to brutally rain |

After the stage today Martin was asked why he worked so hard on the front instead of saving himself
He said 'Because it's a mountain time trial. I wouldn't make the top 10'

Lol. Contador thought he put Mollema on the ropes (1 belkin unhooked, other one on the ropes).
Meanwhile Mollema said he had a good day and had no trouble at all following.
Still funny how many people are letting themselves be misled by Mollema's awful style |

Any chance another train can come and stop right in front of Froome? Would at least give the other contenders a chance (for stage and GC).

Definetly a day for Voeckler!
Everything else has already been said. It's a day for the big GC contenders not the time trial specialists.
Maybe someone has saved themselves to do a good stage (a guy like Velits comes to mind) otherwise I only see riders from top 20 overall finishing in top 10 tomorrow. |

Martin is going to start on a road bike and switch to his TT one with ~10k to go, according to his FB.

I thought he was having a hard time aswell at first, but he firmly held the wheel and didn't really crack so he was good. |

Quintana was very good this year in Tour of the Basque Country hilly TT. In fact he beat, Porte and Henao at that time.
I guess he will get best time today. Yes, Quintana. You heard it first here. |

difficult to get a form guide to this one
i've gone with it being SIMILAR to the Annecy TT from 09, and the 2011 TT (the one where Evans took Yellow) so i'm banking on someone who can descend pretty well as well as climb well
so with that said, i've gone with Bertie |
