No, it's a bit different.
Too few races results in low Rhythm -> lower form.
Too many races will result in low Freshness -> lower form.
You need to build in enough races to peak to your objective.
Okay. So do you have any ideas what the figures are for those then? What amount of races is the perfect amount and how many races will it take when your rider will start to lose freshness? and what about re-gaining freshness? How many races rest will it take to regain freshness? |

I'm not sure about that yet, we'd need more testing! |

Fair enough. Thanks for telling me what you could though. It's kinda frustrating not knowing some of these things though and i wish they were made known because i think they're important for when planning my schedule and setting objectives |

Is there a way to peak properly for Grand Tours?
I dont like being on 1 Fitness for the first week, and then being on 2 fitness for the other 2 weeks. During the middle of the Tour, I was destroying everyone on the climbs, but in the 3rd week Mollema dropped really far back in the GC because he couldnt follow anyone and was out of form pretty much. I was assuming that the AI riders have the same schedules. If not, that would be a problem.
I guess I have to update my season planner if I want to play a career. But I will wait for the next patch anyway. |

Have Cyanide not released any detailed information on how it all works? The manual doesn't exactly help much |

Well, to peak for GT's properly I have a temporary solution.
For the Giro, I peak primary and also secondary on Dauphiné.
For the Tour, I peak primary and also secondary on San Sébastian
For the Vuelta, I peak primary and also secondary on either Canadian Classics or the WC. |

Experimentet a bit -> and was just about to write the same as Ian Butler. However, I usually find it a little better to take the GT as a secondary target and "any" race a few days after the GT as a primary target. That way your rider will be in great shape the third week of the race. Naturally this depends on the route but generally speaking the third week is the most important. |

I was wondering. I just started (5 minutes ago) a new custom youth team, with only two real pros, which is Arnaud Demare and Thibaut Pinot. Now, besides those two, I have 16 decent youth riders. I'm probably not looking at any GT glory this season, and i just need to get a fitting schedule for those. I was thinking about posting a screenshot of my team for people to help me with further directing in which way I'm gonna help their growth, and in which races they will get the most experience and training out of, and how to form their schedule.
So basically, could you guys give me some tips on how to specifically form the program of a youth team, and how it differs from setting up a team like Sky(or any other UCI Pro team)?
So yeah, if anyone can help me, you can either just answer in this thread (of course), or sending me a message, which would also be really damn nice
Thanks in advance!

Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.

Is there any way to know how much money you're gonna get extra next year if you perform well?
Just finished a season with Lampre, but aborted the save due to not have the finances to back my new 3 signings up. (A total monthly fee of 38K)
I know I can fix this with an editor, but then it's cheating ;-) |

when you go sign a player, doesn´t the game tell you (in the text on the offer card) how much the budget will be aproximately ? |

It shows a number, but is that number valid?
I am pretty sure Cyanide forgot to change this while implementing the new finance system. |

Yes and for me it was 50K higher than the current budget. However I only got 20K more and I've signed riders for 38K.
Despite the sponsor being at the same level of confidence. |

Either Cyanide forgot to change the contract signing or they expected you to increase the sponsor confidence at the same speed until the end of the season. But in any case, they messed it up because they didn't even explain how it works. Idiots. |
