Right, glad we've got every team now filled, I'll PM you all in the next hour or two with more precise details about your team and a season planner.
I've not really got a deadline here but it'd be great if they were finished this time next week.
For anyone considering it, I like the idea of everyone converting their first post into something of a team hub, where you'll post results, perhaps a team intro etc. It's not a necessity but might make this a bit more interesting to read, and enjoyable

As you ride races this year, you will achieve results. These results will earn your team funding, which can be used to host training camps. A training camp can be organised for between 2 and all of your riders, for between 5-10 days. The longer a camp is the more it costs, but the more likely it is to have a positive effect on your riders abilities.
When applying for a training camp you should submit a camp form:
Spoiler Training Camp Application
Riders:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
etc...
Days in Length:
Training Style:(Select as appropriate)
Climbing - Classics - Sprinting - TT - Distance Riding
Things to note-
The types of camp -
Climbing - Improves Mo, Hill. Acc + Res also Possible
Sprinting - Improves Fl, Sp, Acc. Acc and PRL also Possible
Classics - Improves - Cobbles, Flat. Also 2 of End, Spr, Res, Hil, Ftr.
TT - Improves - TT, PRL. May also aid Res, Mo, Hill and Flat
Distance - Improves - REC, RES, END.
To apply - PM Me.
Your opposing teams don't need to know about what training you are doing, so PM me rather than posting in the forum.

Race Scheduling - Race Days
https://www.mediafire.com/?fpcoryl53ns...yl53ns5mgs
The file above provides a template race planner, all you have to do is fill in which riders you want in each race by placing an "x" in the relevant box.
There is no limit to the amount of days any rider can perform, but he also has to pass his exams. Every race day over 20 increases the chance of failing by 0.5% Therefore if a rider was to engage with the entire calendar then he'd be facing a 90% chance of failure. Teams will face points and funding penalties for their riders failings in exams, so it's a good idea to find a balance between successful racing, and successful studies!
The minimum riders for all races if 5, with a maximum of 8, so you can easily select a few targets, either close to you, or in hope of finding sponsorship for your riders.

To find out the routes of the races, we have to open PCM 12?
And do we use 2012 routes then?

@Miguel no worries, as i said there's no real time limit but i'd hope to have it ready for starting by the beginning of next week.
@Jesleyh It'll be the base routes from the 2013DB, if people are unsure what that means i'll post a basic statement about each race but i'd hope people can do it themselves.

Pff.. working without stats is so hard
Is a classics rider only good on cobbles, or could he be good in the hills too? |

Classics riders tend to be more focussed upon endurance and cobbles, some can do hill riding as well, a lot of the stronger classics riders f.e are quite powerful climbers over a short distance and are often also quite aggressive/packing a sprint

Ok, some more stuff
1) Is it normal that I have 1 rider less than there's room in the form? (10 vs. 11)
2) Halfords has 11 races on the planner, but 12 on Wikipedia. Is it the TTT that's not there or something else? Same question for Trentino, does it have the TTT (and thus 5 race days)?
3) The UK TT and RR, are they for UK riders only?
4) I really have no idea what the following races do, as Wikipedia has no entry on them and most cycling related websites are blocked here. Could someone post some quick info about:
-Maldon Dengie
-Reservoir
-Ryedale
-Doon Hame
-GP Wales
5) Are all races equal point/moneywise?
