Well no one has mentioned it, and I'm not sure if its the first thing I'll try, but Paris-Roubaix is the race with the most significant changes made to it.
how so?
Not sure if there's more, but the cobbles have now 5 different categories of difficulty.
Thats exactly it, in the game Cobbles have been the same regardless of what stage, or where. Now there will be extra planning an consideration, as cobbles will range from 1-5. Climbs will still be climbs, sprints will still be sprints, but the cobbles have changed.

Will firstly try Mont Ventoux. After that Champs Elysee, some of Ardennes Classics , Paris - Roubaix and would be ready for new career/story.

I will try some mountain stages to discover possible flaws of expected to be great new gap system.
After that, i will maybe try some cobbles and sprints and after first solid database, i will play with NetApp most likely. Just will buy the m a stronger sprinter.

No, i am probably the last person on Daily SN would listen to.
But i am afraid that we will go from extreme to extreme in terms of gap creation, so it is the very important feature change for me, thus i will test it as first thing.

Probably a random mountain stage with Radioshack, then a career with a random team just to see the sponsor changes and finally Armada! |

I always play in career mode and since it will be a stopgap until the first decent database, I will probably go with a team with decent immediate prospects like OPQS or Blanco |

I guess I'll spend the first hours managing the calendar. I think it'll take a long while now, seeing that they added personal goals for each rider. Basically you have to create the calendar, add riders to races, get a training schedule for each rider and assign personal goals to each rider.
By then it'll be nightfall and I'll start by testing the quick-sim Down Under |

I will go for the Tour of Belgium.
- flat race for the sprint
- semi cobbles race to test new cobbles sections
- time trail
- & 2 hilly stages
seems like a great mix to get to know the game, after that probably a real mountain stage.
And off course I will play with OPQS.
Think I will pass the game store here in antwerp today, they usually have it in store one day before the release day already |

Most probably a ManGame-race.. Early season.. So TDU maybe? Or wait.. Pre-season.. Mitchelton Bay Classics
Anyway, won't buy the game before September or November, no matter how much you all will praise the new features

Liege-Bastonge-Liege with Garmin-Sharp. Nailed the victory with Dan Martin. Much easier than trying to win stage 21 of the tour. Also took Boonen to Roubaix. Great race kept my squad together then sent Boonen/Chavanel to reel in Flecha, Cancellara and other favourites. When Chava was burnt out I sent Tom off solo over cobbles to win by 2 minutes. |
