Awful race here.
Geschke and Iglinski crash.
And Vantomme is not careing at all to get a good position.
With such a big peloton and not the biggest difficulties you would expect the sprinters to fight for a better position...
Congrats to Bpost, who just made a huge jump towards the top spot in the rankings with 4 riders in the top6 in a HC race!!!

Great race for us with a 7th and a 17th, those points came handy in after a rather weak first half of the season. We need to continue like this if we are to have any kind of hope to survive.
But huge congratulations to BPost, what an awesome race for you guys! |

Wow, that is an amazing amount of points for Bpost. Congrats Count!
The sponsors are glad Vangenechten got us some screen time in a HC race.

Congrats to BPost, but it's due to the poorly designed final circuit more than anything else. No room to sprint at all. Feel bad for Sram, crashes suck too.

Congratulations to Bpost, great race for them
Greate race for me aswell, really seems like my season can start turning around, 2nd for Sieberg (my rider of the year, didn't really expect results from him this year, he was bought in as a helper/leadout guy) and both Gaudin and Zepuntke scores some points aswell

Well Done to Bpost. Eisel had the right idea but was just a little too far back. The profile was decieving as Punchuers fared better than sprinters, but in the end it was the cobblers who carried the day.
AMEX picked up 4th and 16th so a decent days total.

I enjoyed this race until the end, where I thought it really sucked. That is no slur on the reporter who did a good job of a difficult situation. That was just a horrible situation of no room at all and a very strange sprint.
Bpost and Count are a great team and manager (brilliant reporter to boot) and that is the saving grace.

Imo, its more like Bpost may now have given themselves a decent chance of promotion. They still need to score well in races with no cobbles to help them.

Great day for Bpost, congrats. Too bad the narrowness of the road influenced the final sprint. Vantomme and Ventoso really could and should have done better in that group. But Sram were definitely the most unlucky here.

Cornu has got a lot of my points, don't forget. If Gautier starts to actually perform as he should later in the season then my scoring should be solid enough to keep going. Plus there are a couple of cobbled races to go.

Thanks for the report, I was on the edge of my seat. As Vanspeybrouck was reeled in I was swearing a lot... then as the sprint went on I was swearing for a different reason.
EDIT: 341 points from 2 race days... wow...
Insane result for you Count, good that you are not my direct opponent, big boost for your promotion hopes, congrats!
To be honest, it was also thanks to narrow roads, this time no removing?
And i like the gap behing out top10 place, it gives us some direct breathing room in June.

Indeed, why the narrow road isn't removed? (like in many times) |

Where do you see narrow roads? I can't see any in the screens.

Finishing line seem tight enough, to disable the overtaking. But it does not matter, these are not narrow roads in that sense that is not liked in MG, just strange design with cobbles on decent and straight to tight finishing line.

Yes, why don't the reporters remove every non-existing narrow road?
Btw, we can't always edit stages, as we don't have access to the stage-files all the time.
