Surprise indeed. Congrats!
Good amount of points for Die Berg and Iberia. 
I got 19 points, which I'm satisfied with.
Shame my weakest rider went with the break btw. A guy like Sentjens could've done a lot more. But maybe the peloton wouldn't have let him go because of that.

We were not there, when the breakaway managed to get away. That was quite disappointing.
Simon managed to be 7th in the sprint, which was much more than we expected, so after all we got a fine start at the season. |

An up and down day for us.
5th for Speirs is quite good, probably overachieved slightly.
14th for Belletti is somewhat disappointing - A top 10 would have been reasonable.
25th for Ilias is a nice suprise, the Greek continues to do well this season
Demare 30th is a really poor result. He has the 15th best sprint stat in the race and that is all he could manage? And here I thought that he could at least score *some* points for me this season.
Anyway a nice race and good reporting Mresuperstar.

Correct it was Nesset then Anton Martin then Lay. In fairness though Nesset only lasted for 200-300 meters before Anton Martin did most of the work. 
And like others have said it was a quite boring race due to the fact the climb was taken at such an easy pace and that Iberia was the only team to form a sprint train. But then again a unexpected winner, so that's always nice.

I think when having a bunch of sprinters the game will decide who is the main sprinter. The others don`t always sprint then. If Demare would have been your only sprinter I am sure he would have made a top10 or top 15 at least. |

It makes sense though as several non sprinters grabbed spots 20-25 (Brataschuk, Ilias, Vangenechten, and Sentjens aren't exactly top sprinters!)
At least one of my riders grabbed 25th for the final point, I just would like it to be the guy that I'm paying 130,000 to!

I didn't expect this, really nice victory for Schinker  . The team worked hard for him so I think we deserved it
Really happy also because I sacrificed alot of hilly race days for flat C2 classics, so if this is anything to go by that should prove a good move |

It is because the game uses the other sprinters as either lead out men or team mates during the race e.g. Last year i had 3 of the best sprint stats in Div2 with Haddou, Pichot and Cheddhome but only Haddou would usually finish in the top 15 the other two would be too tired to sprint most times through using their energy during the race. |
