A lower stats matrix it seems. I don't have problems with that, but I think that the talents will be dominating in season 2016/2017..
Anyway, it looks promising, although Chavanel might deserve a little bit better COB value... And Démare maybe Sprint -1...
But well, it's hard to make everyone happy stats-wise...
Can I request seeing some stats of other riders? I would like to see Gesink & Kelderman's stats 
But the DB seems nice, good job

Contador is not that much in front of others,just saying,aaaaand Froome HIL stats are awful,thats just not realistic. |

With this stats, Contador = Froome, so don't complain
I agree about Froome's hill stat though, and there are a few other strange things

I don't get why the stats are so low, in 2-3 years young riders will beat everybody, and that is very unrealistic.

I fear the same... Unless they have new XML files, with lower young riders stats limits
