as this idea has the most votes, I thought about it a bit.
Team Central Europe squad (just preliminary, nothing sure yet)
WT
Sprinter core:
Peter Sagan
Borut Bozic/Yauheni Hutarovich
Marko Kump
Grega Bole
Jure Kocjan
Stage-Racers:
Janez Brajkovic
Robert Kiserlovski/Simon Spilak
Peter Velits/Vasil Kiryienka
Kanstantin Siotsou/Szylwester Szmyd
Rafal Majka
Leopold König
(was considering Kreuziger, but don't know about him.)
Free elements:
Andrey Grivko
Zdenek Stybar
Bartosz Huzarski
Oleg Chuzda/Jan Barta
Michael Kwiatkowski
Kristjan Koren
Domestiques:
Juraj Sagan
Martin Velits
Krisztián Lovassy
Péter Kusztor
Zsolt Der
Alexander Pliuschin
Frantisek Rabon
Maciej Bodnar
Michael Golas
That's 26 riders.
What do you think of the team, which riders are you happy with/not? Is it able to compete in the WT? Any opinions, suggestions are warm welcome!

Seems like a pretty nice team. With Sagan, Stybar, Velits... on the team, it's definitely WT worthy! |

As it's Central Europe, maybe some Slovenian/Slovakian sponsors? |

Yeah, but I don't know any big sponsors from these countries, will research some, if someone can't give me an advice with them. |

I like the idea of a team from those nations. My only concern would be that the team has basically already reached its maximum potential, at least regarding existing riders (well, maybe except for Kreuziger). You have few possibilities to improve your team with transfers, which might be a problem, especially since you've ended your last story because of a lack of motivation. In my experience, the motivation lasts longer and the story is more interesting if you start a bit smaller. Of course there are stories like Monster Energy, where this is not the case, but this just came to my mind when I saw your squad, so I thought I'd comment

Definitely agree with Cunego there. It might even be fun to start in the PCT league? |

@Ian - Yeah, I'm kind of tempted to go PCT, already made a version of the squad in the PCT, in the post above yours. |

3 out of 4 from my list! Only Szmyd is not one on my primary list, Siotsou is such a lovely fighter! |

Yeah, I agree, but I've been dying to see Szmyd in a leading role for once and you can always sign Siotsou later But it's your call, of course! |

I've maybe found a solution... What about a swap of Spilak and Szmyd? |
