But look at how it's done in track mode, doesn't look real to me.
Ofcourse you wouldn't wanna sit and constantly adjust your position during the whole stage, that's why I see the need for a button for "hold position" or something similar.
It would be no different to the current system; you don't have to constantly change the pace of your riders, they stay in more or less the same position during the whole stage. Chances are you would only need to interact marginaly more than you do now.
